We wanted oat milk in our coffee. They told us they ran out, but this Starbucks is located in Safeway. The lineup was quite long, with only one staff member serving. The other one was doing paperwork. I was always taught that your customers come before anything else. That includes answering the phone and paperwork.

If this location is a test to see if Starbucks will work in NW Winnipeg, there isn't much hope. *Sigh*
Parking: Park close to the Mall entrance and enter this Safeway near there for proper access to this Starbucks

Called to inform them that the milk they were using was bad. I got my ice coffee this morning and drank a quarter of it before I saw all the milk chunks. Instead of customer service I got "Are you sure it was even this store?? I haven't even made one of those today." Of course I'm sure, what?? She then told me to come all the way back there from work to bring her the coffee and then she will replace it and basically hung up on me. Worst service ever.
I went and it was closed, but it was not closed???? Tell me why this is.

It was my first visit to this store and got worst experience because the customer service was not very good and the coffee was not up to my expectations. I request to manager of this store to have regular visit and quality check. I recommend do not visit here.
