Called to inform them that the milk they were using was bad. I got my ice coffee this morning and drank a quarter of it before I saw all the milk chunks. Instead of customer service I got "Are you sure it was even this store?? I haven't even made one of those today." Of course I'm sure, what?? She then told me to come all the way back there from work to bring her the coffee and then she will replace it and basically hung up on me. Worst service ever.

It was my first visit to this store and got worst experience because the customer service was not very good and the coffee was not up to my expectations. I request to manager of this store to have regular visit and quality check. I recommend do not visit here.

Came in on a Sunday, October 23. It was a horrible experience. One person waiting in line. The person in front of me waited for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. One was making a drink for a customer while the other one was doing some stocking of product. The other person ahead of me left as they couldn't wait any longer. I then had to wait an extra 4 minutes to be acknowledged. Dont know if the one served me was a trainee? The one that made my drink which was simple. It was a caramel macchiato. I watched the one that made my drink and was prepared poorly and sloppy! I hope the management sees this post because its just pure laziness! Very disappointed in the customer service!

I am very disappointed with my experience with this location. Manager(s), please do not schedule someone who just finished their training all by them-self!She made my strawberry crème Frappuccino with strawberry lemonade instead of syrup or whatever. I pointed it out to her but she insisted that was syrup/purée. I asked for a tall and she even showed me the cup but still proceeded with a grande.I wasted time in both waiting in line as well as waiting for the drink only to get a drink that I could not drink!Saturday. October 1, 7pm
Waited over 20 minutes in line for one coffee. For how busy it always is at this kiosk, you’d think they’d really have more staff on or hire more people.
