I went there to have a good experience with my family , but, it was actually very disappointing. When we got there the barista seemed stressed and only worried about closing the store either than bring us a nice service as it is supposed to be at any Starbucks . He told us that they did not have sandwiches or food because it was 30 minutes before closing (which for me is enough time to heat up a couple sandwiches) . He never say hello , he tried to get confused with my order, pretending don’t understanding what I was saying and also his body language was awful . It was a really bad and poor experience there . Maybe he needs a remainder of how to treat people and how he can offer a nice and good service .

The coffee is delicious, as are the pastries. But inside it is very noisy and there is little space. Prices are higher than average, but in principle correspond to the quality.

Staff are always friendly at the locations I frequent.
The food was okay, the service was very slow, I recently visited one when there was a buy one get one free promo, from the time I placed my order to the time I got my order, it took them an hour and 13 minutes when there was 5 people working. The atmosphere would have been relaxing except it was packed that day, normally it is good for a friend meet-up. But it is starbucks, it's my go-to every day latte when I'm not with my hubby?
