Ordered through the drive through got my coffee and it tasted so bad got a caramel macchiato. Called them they had said they put my name away went back the next week and said they didn’t have my name and wouldn’t honour the free coffee garbage service.

Lost a loyal customer of six years because of their carelessness. I bought an $8 handcrafted beverage, assuming I’d get the promotional cup as everyone else. Completely ignored me and my boyfriend when we tried to ask. Waited over 30 minutes for my drink that they didn’t even make correctly. I’m beyond disappointed in their service today. My boyfriend and I tried to ask FOUR times and got completely ignored.

Always a ridiculously long wait time (20 minutes) and the staff there look like they hate their jobs. Consistently a terrible experience and it doesn't seem to matter regardless of the time of day. I've stopped coming to this one and will drive farther to more friendly and positive locations.

I went to starbucks with a few friends for my birthday lunch hoping to get my free birthday drink along with our order. I had recently gotten a new number and email and had to make a different starbucks account. I have been a loyal customer to starbucks for years and I come almost everyday. To my surprise they refused to give me my birthday drink and were quite rude about it as well. I asked for the manager and he was disrespectful, practically yelling at me and my friends. This is really disappointing to me as this used to be my favorite place to come.

Rude staff member. I asked for my free birthday drink. Staff member refused told me I had to buy something and use my smartphone app. Didn’t wish me a happy birthday. So I ordered a drink anyways and said it’s to go. Server game me attitude even thouhhh I was polite. I said hope your days gets better and server handed me my drink and said. K

Ordered a sandwich and the girl gives it to me uncut. I ask for it to be cut in half and she gives me a wooden knife. I make a mess of the sandwich because the crust is hard. I ask her to cut it. She gives me attitude. I said to her. In the picture it’s cut. She says next time ask for it to be cut in half. I’ll never come back here again 😡 Edited. Now I wait 15 min and we don’t get our coffees. She says they forgot. “YASMIN” is the worst employee in Winnipeg. 1:45 pm on Saturday
