Rude staff member. I asked for my free birthday drink. Staff member refused told me I had to buy something and use my smartphone app. Didn’t wish me a happy birthday. So I ordered a drink anyways and said it’s to go. Server game me attitude even thouhhh I was polite. I said hope your days gets better and server handed me my drink and said. K

Ordered a sandwich and the girl gives it to me uncut. I ask for it to be cut in half and she gives me a wooden knife. I make a mess of the sandwich because the crust is hard. I ask her to cut it. She gives me attitude. I said to her. In the picture it’s cut. She says next time ask for it to be cut in half. I’ll never come back here again 😡 Edited. Now I wait 15 min and we don’t get our coffees. She says they forgot. “YASMIN” is the worst employee in Winnipeg. 1:45 pm on Saturday

I’m 70 years old and came into Starbucks and my friend wasn’t there yet. I asked to use the washroom but I had to buy something before I could get the bathroom code. Everything is expensive and still I’m asked for a tip starting at a dollar. Starbuck’s with expensive prices should pay their employees more and quit gouging consumers.

For future deliveries, please ensure the cups are secured with stoppers to prevent spills.

If you're going to offer a free drink for your birthday, then give a free drink on a birthday. Don't have stipulations like it was mentioned to me that I have to have used my account in the last 10 days.
If offering a no strings attached birthday drink was going to bankrupt you, then just discontinue the offer rather than jerking people around who don't meet your requirements

I went there to have a good experience with my family , but, it was actually very disappointing. When we got there the barista seemed stressed and only worried about closing the store either than bring us a nice service as it is supposed to be at any Starbucks . He told us that they did not have sandwiches or food because it was 30 minutes before closing (which for me is enough time to heat up a couple sandwiches) . He never say hello , he tried to get confused with my order, pretending don’t understanding what I was saying and also his body language was awful . It was a really bad and poor experience there . Maybe he needs a remainder of how to treat people and how he can offer a nice and good service .
