I am a frequent costumer...it's time to change chairs and tables.....the staff is actually one of the bests in the city. But this Starbucks, specifically is getting dated.

Hi I was the drive thru on Wednesday at around 6 pm and the lady on the window was so rude for some reason. Poor customer service.
Never going back again .

The ice wasn’t blended well leaving larger sized ice where you couldn’t drink from
The tiny straws they have. Frustrating and wasn’t enjoyed.

I got Matcha latte with no ice and just got foam in it
I called the supervisor was not helpful at all
She ask me to bring a receipt to get it in made right…
it was drive through and i actually did not get any receipt or no one asked me about it whether I want it or not

Will never go back to you guys and will go the higher authorities

I truly enjoy visiting the Starbucks location at 2080 McGillivray Blvd in Winnipeg! Simply put because of excellent customer service and great product! Of note, the staff are consistently positive and helpful to myself and other customers. I attached a couple of photos including an Americano and a Peach Green Tea Lemonade which are a few of my favorites! My experiences have been both time and money well spent all things considered.

Very hit or miss but even when it’s better it’s pretty just whatever like not terrible but doesn’t blow you away. And I think that’s the problem when the quality is already hit or miss but the highs aren’t even that high it’s just pretty subpar.

A Consistently Great Experience!

Starbucks never disappoints! The atmosphere is always cozy and welcoming, whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down to work or catch up with friends. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always gets my order right—even during the busy rush hours.

The drinks are top-notch—I’m especially a fan of their seasonal offerings and the way you can customize everything to your taste. The coffee is rich and smooth, and their food options are surprisingly satisfying for a quick bite.

This Starbucks is consistently exceeding my/our expectations. They are INCREDIBLY busy. Likely one of the busiest in the city. There are some who have been here for years and always go above and beyond with customer service (Sydney….and others too!). I will add, customers who verbally attack the workers (who are mixing 800 drinks at once) should be ashamed. As I’m a frequent flyer here, I’ve witnessed RIDICULOUS requests and a lack of respect towards staff. I think this location is fantastic and you all deserve a gold star for how hard you work…. and how you always still maintain a positive attitude.

The supervisor at this location is incredibly rude. I asked nicely if it was possible for them to split a Ham & Swiss on Begutte on half since I can’t finish the whole thing. A simple, good answer would be “no, sorry we can’t do that.” But this woman starts yelling in front of the whole restaurant, talking to me as if I were a child. I was so flabbergasted that I just stood there and stared at her in shock like what is wrong with her. She was saying stuff like “I’ve been working here for 10 years and never ONCE have we ever done that. I’m just making sure that you understand that that goes against the rules we follow here at Starbucks. Starbucks doesn’t do stuff like that.” She told me to repeat myself like 3 times saying like “I can’t understand what you’re saying” with a rude tone literally yelling so that the whole restaurant turns and stares. Her name was like Sharron or Karen idk but I wouldn’t be surprised if it were. If ur reading this, it’s not that deep. Take a deep breath and DO UR JOB.

I bought a dark roast coffee, I didn't finish it yet. When I came out and sip on it. I found it is cold, brewed long time ago. They should not sell it. Do not go to the coffee shop inside Safeway. They don't sell lots of coffee, so you may get cold coffee. There must be a time how long they can sell it before cool down.
