I recently visited a Starbucks expecting to enjoy the usual perks of the experience, including Wi-Fi, which is a standard feature in most stores. However, to my disappointment, there was no Wi-Fi available during my visit.

As someone who often chooses Starbucks for its comfortable environment to work or browse the internet while enjoying coffee, the lack of connectivity was inconvenient. Wi-Fi access is one of the reasons many of us choose Starbucks over other cafes, so it was frustrating to miss out on this essential service.

While the coffee and ambiance were up to the usual standards, I hope this location resolves this issue soon to maintain the consistency Starbucks is known for.

I placed a mobile order for a blueberry muffin and requested it to be warmed up, but it wasn’t even close to warm. I also ordered a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle and crunch topping, but it didn't even meet the standard. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this location!

Went to have a drink remade as it was made incorrectly. The person who looked like may be a manager as they weren’t in the same attire as the others was initially kind and laughing about the mix up while beginning to remake it while asking everyone who made it. After pouring out my drink and starting the new one she then says she can’t remake it as it was made somewhere else and I’d have to go back there to have it remade or pay for a new one- the incorrect drink was brought to me at work so I had no idea which store it was made at.. still she yelled at me and made a scene about the whole thing when I pointed out that she had already poured mine out and that I would have just taken it back and drank it anyway instead of buying a new one but now I had no choice.

Though I understand it wasn’t their mix up, they had already poured the one I had out and THEN said I had to buy a new one. It just felt like unnecessary escalation of a simple mix up and unprofessional way to deal with it. I hadn’t raised my voice at her or demand the drink be remade but pointed out I now had no drink at all and wouldn’t be paying for another. Ultimately she remade it and shoved it in my face continuing to say it wasn’t made at that store.

Honestly such an awful, unnecessarily hostile experience. I’m very disappointed given how pleasant and personable the staff at Starbucks typically is.

I was the only one in the starbucks the were working on mobile oders. So there was not a huge lineup. They need to more training, clear communications, and listen to what is being asked of them. I tried to use my app, and I was told that it doesn't work here. I asked how about the scan only I was asked how I going to pay and that it doesn't work here. In waiting for my drink I noticed signs about the app so I asked again I was told yes the points work. I got I didn't understand. Not even an apology. It was my fault.

Very poor service. Not up to standards. And staff yelling at each other. The quality is horrible. They can’t get orders correct. Unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not follow Starbucks standards. People have a hard time to understand customers. Don’t go there at all. You will be sorry if you do.

Worse and awful service!Worse Barista under th name of RACHEL if I am not mistaken- asian, short hair, with glasses.She sounds grouchy and having attitude the way she response in a simple question!I asked her, are you in a rush? You sounds irritated, her tone changed right there when she responded. There is no line up or busy, she's not friendly at all, instead of saying pardon me, she said WHAT? That is not the right way how you responded to the customer. If you have issue or problem keep it to your self or dont go to work.

After waiting for my bacon egg bites for 15 minutes they finally realized they never started on my order. I didn't have any more time to wait and they refused to refund me. Very disappointing.

Serving drinks isn't a high stakes job but this location would make you feel otherwise. 4-5 employees and the slowest I've been too. Last 4 orders made wrong due to employees that can't listen. Last night an employee made my $8 iced latte hot and then when I informed them it was iced just started pouring it on ice. Knew how to make the drink properly when informed that is not how it's made. Only come here out of necessity and even now considering not.

There is a severe lack of leadership and experience. No problem with new employees, just ensure someone on shift has more experience. This led to drastically slow customer turnover. It took 20 minutes to order and get my drink. There were only 4 people in line.
