After waiting for my bacon egg bites for 15 minutes they finally realized they never started on my order. I didn't have any more time to wait and they refused to refund me. Very disappointing.

Serving drinks isn't a high stakes job but this location would make you feel otherwise. 4-5 employees and the slowest I've been too. Last 4 orders made wrong due to employees that can't listen. Last night an employee made my $8 iced latte hot and then when I informed them it was iced just started pouring it on ice. Knew how to make the drink properly when informed that is not how it's made. Only come here out of necessity and even now considering not.

There is a severe lack of leadership and experience. No problem with new employees, just ensure someone on shift has more experience. This led to drastically slow customer turnover. It took 20 minutes to order and get my drink. There were only 4 people in line.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks in Manitoba. This location is ridiculous and I won't be supporting this place anymore I will be going upstairs to Tim Hortons instead.

I come here quite often to get coffee as it is within the hospital where I work. I like that they open very early at 6am and closes at 11 pm which is a little later than other starbucks. The service is okay but is quite slow everytime i go there, even when there is no line up. It would be great if the staffs would speed up their service and consider their other customers who are hospital staffs and on their break with limited time. Also, the entrance to the coffee shop closes at 6pm and only accessible to hotel guests. If you are not a guest of the hotel and are coming from outside, you will have to go around the hospital entrance to be able to get to them. It is understandable considering the safety of everyone who works there. However, it would be nice if hospital staffs can also access the entrance door through swipe cards which will still limit the people who goes in and out of the coffee shop but the likelihood of that happening is zero. With all that said, I'd still give them 3 stars :)

Good Starbucks, but a not good place for it. Located in Hospital where you can’t get access after 6 pm, and a lot of dangerous people walking around outside.
July 16th between 10.30 to 10.45pm,I was in the line for 15 minutes. The girl on the cashier said I can't make the fraps right now, we washed the blenders??? Seriously????? Starbucks closes at 11.00pmYou end the shift before you even close the shop??
