“We had an excellent dinner after a week of fishing in Saskatchewan. Steaks were done exactly as ordered, butternut squash soup was excellent and had a little spiced twist, and the drinks were very good. I had a smoked Old Fashioned and it showed up smoked inside the bottle and it was poured at the table! If you like a smokey drink I recommend you try one! Tell em Dave sent ya!“

“Just when you think they can't raise their game any higher Hy's manages to find a way. We attended the Calgary locations 10th Anniversary Celebration on Sept 26th and it was spectacular. The event was flawlessly organized and orchestrated by the Hy's team, the food was next level even by Hy's standards and the service exceeded anything we have experienced anywhere in North America even in the finest hotels. Bryant Olender added a classic background with piano and vocal stylings that perfectly suited the atmosphere. It was certainly the best evening we have at Hy's over the last decade, and I don't think I'm overstating it to say it was a "Once in a Lifetime" experience.
