Hospitality was great but I went twice in two weeks and each time they were out of what our group wanted to order (burgers and pancakes). Will continue to go because the food is pretty good but might try a different location.

Well, haven't been to Stellas in years and thought we'd give it a try again. Wish we didn't... firstly, we were told to seat ourselves, then after waiting a while with no acknowledgment from anyone, we helped ourselves to a few menus I found behind an abandoned hostess stand. After ordering, our food all came out several minutes apart. The soup was cold... not room temperature even but actually cold... there was an error with one of our sandwiches, the potatoes were somehow crispy looking but soggy and raw tasting? We weren't given any cutlery or napkins and I had to find some of those myself as well... lastly, we weren't checked on once! Very much felt like we were dining in an airport terminal. The food was so mediocre, the service was poor, and for the price - not impressed. Won't be coming back for another decade or so.

Great place to go with friends and family for good food and drinks. They have a wide variety of options in the menu, and it's well served.

Never a complaint with Stella’s! I highly recommend the smoked salmon breakfast and a vanilla cold brew!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn across the street (which I wouldn’t recommend), so this restaurant was super convenient. I’m so happy we found it, we had two meals during our 4 day 3 night stay in Winnipeg.3.9/5 Salmon Eggs Benedict. The consistency of the poached eggs were off. I asked for medium. One egg didn’t run, while the other did. Both egg whites were a bit in the soft side. The tomato with baked cheese - it was good, but it was heavy. I think due to how thin the tomatoes were. Potatoes were sooooo good! Perfectly seasoned for my liking.4.3/5 Grass fed Beef Chili. Overall, the flavours were pretty good! My only critiques are that the Caesar salad had just a few wilted leaves, but 99% of it was really fresh, and the bread was so crispy it was hard to chew. There was a lot of cheese in the salad and the chili, which I enjoyed.Overall, the portions were very generous! The servers were sweet, and the seating was decently comfortable. Interior meets vibe check :)

Really cute space. Cool vibes.Do not get the fruit parfait. The fruit was bitter, hardly any granola.. presentationed looked silly to me, ymmv. The server was so disengaged, she overwhelmed my friend with options and didn't clue in she was doing that. I wish I hadn't tipped. My friend had eggs and toast and also wasn't impressed.Great atmosphere. Would be nice if the food matched.$$$$

Always enjoy Stella's. Have never had a bad meal there. The only downside is that the washroom is in the main building and down the hall, but a minor inconvenience.Parking: I was told there is parking behind the building but I didn't see it.Kid-friendliness: Not the greatest place for kids.

Very welcoming and cosy. Coffee is pretty good and my vegan brunch was enough for the day!

It’s nice to just sit here but the food/service quality is not it. I got the chorizo hash and it was swimming in oil, to the point that it was unpleasant to eat. Also, their London fog is too sweet. There’s 3 floor staff and only 5 other tables and it took me over 30 mins to flag one down. It’s a shame the service and food aren’t great cause it’s a prime spot for a resto.

Student, I stop by somewhat regularly. Coffee is good!Scrambled eggs taste weird! Like water logged with a non-egg flavour.French dip; the beef was chewy, like left to fry on a flat top too long or something, decent overall flavour, kind of small because it’s all in a burger bun, but that meant it also fell apart.I like most of the daily soups I’ve had though. There’s a Ukrainian (I think) guy who works the front, and he’s very good, manager vibes but idk.I like to study there for a bit only if they’re not busy.
