We came with a small dog in our arms and saw that they did not have a sign that dogs were not allowed, so we calmly went in and made an order. We left a tip and after that they came up to us and said that we were not allowed with a dog. Seriously? In a country where everyone loves and has animals, many cafes still live in the last century and prohibit taking their pets. I’ll also add that the prices are too high, the tables are old and wobbly, and it’s very easy to spill all the coffee on yourself. The dishes were washed very poorly, everything was stained

Read your DoorDash manual and set your food PREPARATION TIME properly! The moment you get a customer order should NOT be the moment you issue an offer to delivery drivers! Don't make drivers wait 20 minutes in store and take customer complaint on your behalf!

The new location is great. They have lots of baked goods to choose from, and a cute little dining area. The new breakfast sandwich’s are delicious!

I had one of the worst croissants I’ve ever had here. It was worse than Tim Hortons unfortunately, but cost double. It had no flake, no crunch, no layers - it was just a gummy, chewy mess. I’m only giving two stars because the people working were so nice and friendly.

Stella’s has been open long enough now that I think I can share a good review.Things I love:Neighbourhood bakery open every day! Some very delicious baked goods. Chocolate cake is wonderful. Some of the staff are really nice and friendly.Their hours are really good!Their coffee is excellent for me. Not too high acidity! Love it.Things I don’t love:Have to ask for napkins. Annoying when it’s busy. Just put the napkins on the counter with the cream already.Would have been great if patio opened earlier in the season. Hot drinks outside on warmer spring days are wonderful. Don’t wait for the fence and planters - by then it’s too hot. We don’t need the fence, we need a seat :)Considering above, keep tables out latter into fall too.Menu doesn’t change - same baked goods every single day. A few are delicious for me. Cookies are just the average cookie. You don’t get your entire order all at once. Weird if you have to get up anyway for cream. Just bring it all at once.Tables are too close together. They crammed in a bunch of tables inside and on patio and they’re almost never full. Remove a few, or join some together so people aren’t sitting on top of each other please. Especially appreciated in cold/flu season.

So far the best Stella’s I’ve been in. Staff aren’t as odd and weird as the other locations, the bakery is great, smells great. It’s going to be hard to find a better Stella’s.

The baked goods are great, we had the huge cinnamon bun and was fairly priced at $6. The coffee however is another story. The regular brewed coffee is $3.95 and it comes in the smallest mug that it is actually insulting. I would never buy one there again or recommend someone go there for a coffee. The food yes, coffee no.

Super cute spot with nice bakery items from cinnamon buns to their breads and coffee and more. Came to Winnipeg and was suggested this for breakfast and it definitely did not disappoint, cute little place to eat and the servers were extremely nice as well!

The tofu in the Scramble was grilled firm and tender. Their hot sauce added a pleasurable bite. Their Strawberry Jam on grilled toast sweetened it all. Our server was friendly, honest, and helpful.
