The food took a long time to come and one person’s food was cold and stale but they gave her a fresh, hot cinnamon bun instead and didn’t charge for the cold food she didn’t eat, which was much appreciated. Accidents happen.

Food was great but this is not a location that is factoring in a pandemic at all. No employees wearing masks, gloves, physical distancing. Expected more considering the airport has travellers from everywhere.

Placed a pick up order today. Ordered 4 London fogs that were all foam and barely half was actual tea. When I called he said that’s how they are and if I let it sit for a while the foam would come down and the liquid would come up, therefore drinking it cold. The chicken Brie was soggy and it seems to be a toss up of the bread size every time. Not impressed and will think twice about ordering again. You would think with only take out being available they would put their heart into their food. Disappointed

Stella's is one of my favourite spots in The Peg so I'm thrilled they have a location in the airport! Always make sure to leave some time to eat here before I board. Great service too!

Not the best if you would like cutlery to eat with your take out. My husband went for dinner and brought me a salad to eat before attending our son's show at Vincent Massey. There was no cutlery or napkins with the food. I waited 2 1/2 hours to go back to Stella's to inform them and was told they do not give out cutlery in the orders. What? He said the staff should have asked if my husband wanted the cutlery. He then handed m two forks and a stack of napkins for my order. So I took it home and ate it with a real fork. The salad was then soggy, not to mention puny and came with a dry piece of bread buttered and stuck together. I don't even want to ask what my husband paid for it.

Having somewhat of a “meh” experience on the secure side of the airport for food, and having enough time before my flight, I decided to try Stella’s café on the public side of the airport. I ordered a kale and beet salad with egg and it was a fantastic balance of flavour and ingredients. The staff there are friendly and helpful and I would recommend this place to eat prior to going through the secure side if you have the time. The only complaint I would have, and it is very minor, is that the pieces of kale were a little too large so I had to cut them up. No big deal. To be honest, I find that problem in a lot of restaurants. Really though, it was a fantastic salad and I highly recommend it.

Staff were very friendly, even when my son knocked over his juice. They moved us to the next table, replaced the juice at no charge, and we continued on as though nothing had happened. Food was great too. Nothing but good things to say about this visit, thank you very much!
