Absolutely delicious, staff was incredibly nice and even though I didn't eat my food for a half hour it was still warm.

Sir, I will definitely recommend this place to my flight attendant colleagues. It is almost impossible to find eatable food in this area surrounded by junk food and industrial garbage. This muffin I hesitated to buy today was by far the best I’ve ever had in my life. It was worth every bite and calorie. Thank you for offering both genuine food and great service! I will come back for sure.

I ordered the chicken focaccia and it was okay/underwhelming - nothing of great quality. The sandwich is small for something that is advertised as large... you get maybe 50 grams of chicken in 1 layer (it looks a little pitiful) and you get some provolone cheese on a basic focaccia that just wasn't good. Plus tomatoes and a really poor portion of basel cream sauce - maybe 2 to 3 teaspoons...and for 15 Bucks its arguably a rip off .. remember though you are in Winnipeg Square.

I gave it two stars because it was very tasty and the staff were nice, but the half sandwich was so small it was silly. Topped with fresh cucumber. (Should have read “garnished with…)$8.29 with tax and a small tip. Yikes.

First time ordering lunch from there and was greeted with such friendliness from the staff and great customer service. Tired the steak ciabatta sandwich and hamburger soup, and both were delicious!! Highly recommend and will be back!

Service is excellent and the people are nice, but I don't get the rave over the food. It literally tastes like food made in high school cafeterias. Definitely edible and certainly not gross, but bland and cheap tasting (e.g. watery mac and cheese). I really wish I could give it a higher rating, especially because the people there are nice, but I think food is the highlight of a restaurant and the food there is at most a 2.

Really excellent soup and sandwiches. Fresh ingredients, decent prices, and helpful staff. Absolutely a gem for Winnipeg Square.Of particular note are the excellent, hearty soups, and the really delicious and better priced than fast food "Breakfast Puck" sandwiches. Also serve a variety of drinks, coffees, and lemonaide.Offers many gluten free options, as well as vegetarian and even some vegan choices.

Tried this place for the first time today. The Chef was charming and explained all the food and menu in detail. Food was tasty and fresh. They have large variety on their menu and the soups and specials change daily. Got the flame roasted Dagwood sandwich and the loaded baked potato soup. Will try again!

I got the ribeye ciabatta and it was so drowned in horseradish it was inedible. This is not the first time I’ve had disappointing food from here. Will not be returning.

Always delicious soups, and friendly service. Don’t get out as often, but try to support when I can.

I’ve had a couple of the soups so far and they are fresh and delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are great (and cheaper than Tim’s)! The Affagato for my afternoon pick-me-up was AMAZING, with homemade ice-cream and fantastic espresso. Great prices, good portions. Have yet to try the muffins and pastries but are also house made and look delicious
