After being my favorite ice cream shop for almost 25 years, I'm never going back. The service and atmosphere were great, but the first bite into my zebra parfait, I tasted the dreaded "frozen dessert". Their soft serve does not melt (I left the "ice cream" in the car for an hour. Soft, but shape retained). If I'm paying almost $10 for a parfait, and driving over an hour to get a taste of my childhood, I want real ice cream. No amount of nostalgia will bring me back until there's real ice cream.

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and asked for extra toppings. All I got was a vanilla ice cream with some strawberries on the top. No cheesecake chunks and nothing mixed in below the surface.
Went in to ask where the cheesecake was and apparently it’s a sauce they mix into the ice cream. Whatever sauce they’re using tastes just like vanilla ice cream. Threw it right in the trash.
I unfortunately overpaid for glorified vanilla ice cream in a cup. This is the second time this year I’ve been disappointed my this place. I don’t know what the hype is about. Wont be coming back.

Parking: There is much residential around to park, but you may need to walk a block sometimes.
Love the parfaits! Tried many different flavours and enjoyed them all. There is often a line, but it goes fast and it's such a cute little ice cream shop, there is lots to look at and enjoy while waiting. Besides, you'll need the time to decide on a flavour, so many to choose from!
