This is a tradition for my family. My Grandpa lived a street over and everytime we would visit, we would stop at Sub Zero first. We would get our pupper a treat too ( I was so happy to see that they still had a pup cup! ) Looks like how I remember it ❤️ The staff are awesome and work their behinds off. The hard ice cream cooler brings back fond memories. Dozens and dozens of choices all across the board! It was so cool going back after 2 decades!Thanks for keeping this place going ❤️

I brought my family and friends and ordered 12 items worth almost $90. My wife's was on the first 5 of the list, and I'm the last who paid. Everyone got theirs except my wife, who kept waiting. The lady realized she forgot to punch my wife's order, and DiID NOT offered anything other than asking me to pay first. Wifey got pissed off and walked away.
It doesn't matter how good your product is, customer service should also be your selling point. Now your nake SubZero makes sense... You now lose 12 customers ... and maybe more ....

Don't let the long line scare you! They know what they're doing and the sling ice cream quick!! Love the new soft serve flavours every few weeks, keeps me coming back to try new things everytime! Also recently tried their vegan soft serve and it was amazing! Same great taste with no tummy ache for me 😂
This popular ice cream spot is a neighbourhood gem! The parfait menu is shockingly long and you will change your mind at least a couple of times while you wait your turn in line... especially when you see how delicious everything looks.
As yummy as the ice cream is (and it is some of the best in the city), nothing can compare to the calm, efficient, organized way the shop is run—I've never seen anything like it.
Our visit was well worth the drive from the south end of the city and we can't wait to return! Next time we'll bring our pup and treat her to one of the mini dog cones.

The asian girl working at cash right now ignored us while ordering and kept talking to her coworkers. She was having the time of her life yapping. Someone else should be at cash, she kept asking what I said. I shouldnt have to repeat if she was paying attention.
