Got a Sub from here that had their Salami in it. I didn't notice till more than half way through the sub that the Salami went bad. It was tough to chew and was grey. Really hope I don't get sick...
Another thing, I used to work at subway long ago as a manager and no way did we ever have the veggies sliced as this as they are here. I get for cutting costs to make up for where your losing profit. BUT nobody wants sliver like green peppers and cucumbers.
As well the bread was made horrible. Next to nothing for seasoning or cheese on the herb and cheese bread.
I'm scared to know what the meatballs are like and how long they keep the same cambro on the line for...
Bottom line this location needs to do better. You have so much foot traffic coming through. It's disrespectful when you serve food like this to people who just want a subway sandwich. I get there's other locations close by.. but after getting this it makes me wonder if all of these are ran the same way, and as bad in quality.
If you want a GOOD sub from subway. Go else where other than downtown

My friend and I have had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location the past two times we visited. Both times, the bread on our sandwiches was extremely lumpy, very dry, and flakey—making them really hard to eat and not enjoyable at all. I made a complaint today and was refunded for last week’s order, which I appreciated—but unfortunately, the bread issue hasn’t been fixed. It was just as bad today as it was last time. We expected better quality and consistency from Subway. Definitely not happy with our experience.

Update: I've changed my review from 4 stars to 1 as something has happened over the past couple of weeks in terms of quality of food and service. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and the actual meat and cheese were so sparse I had to go back and get a refund. The workers there were ones I hadn't seen before and assume were new. They actually argued that this was what I had ordered. No, I have ordered this many times before and I know how much I should be getting.
Regardless, they skimped hard on my food. I won't be ordering from this location again. Sadly, this is a recurring theme among the usual stalwarts in the fast food industry. Cutting corners for profit that affect quality of food and service. It's gross.

Who is the grumpy big guy serving ppl at this place? Why have him interact with ppl? Such a grumpy human. I showed up at the order here sign waiting for service and he looked over at me gave me a look of annoyance. Like I was interrupting him. He gave out a loud sigh and I just walked away. I don't want my sandwich made in anger lol I'll walk down the street there's another subway there. ? Bye bye grumpy subway guy. Hope your day gets better.
The ladies at this location are rude and very judgmental people which spreads hate to the food we eat. this would be the 3rd time I felt hated on by the staff here, I live close by which is why I came back but I will not return to this location again because Cleary the don't value or appreciate there customers.

That old man who works in kitchen knows how to eat and munch at work , but he doesnot know how to serve customers who pay 9 dollars for a salad and he barely even fills the bowl half. Cheap man.
