I came to this location for the first time and honestly it was very bad experience. German made my sandwich. She was very rude . I asked for crispy onions. She said we are out of crispy onions but there was another girl working on same time she gave me i don’t know from where she got ???

I was very disappointed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff during my recent visit. After finishing work, I stopped by with my wife to have a meal. I needed to use the washroom, but the staff member informed me that the men’s washroom was closed due to a recent incident involving fire damage. While unfortunate, this was understandable.
However, since the store was empty and only one washroom remained available, I politely asked if I could use the other washroom. The staff member refused in an unnecessarily cold and dismissive manner. There was no effort to accommodate or communicate respectfully.
As a result, I had to leave the store and go to another restaurant that values and respects its customers. Unfortunately, the staff here—who appeared quite young and lacking in basic customer service skills—left a poor impression.
I would not recommend visiting this location unless it’s your only option and you’re prepared to deal with an unprofessional experience.

My experience at Subway today was very good. Nathan (I believe) served me very well. He was kind and eager to serve me. The sandwich was very tasty as well.

Online order, no clear pick up area
Order was completely wrong and couldn't be more poorly constructed, not toasted, cheese and meat in a ball, both ends had nothing in them. Apparently unless you're watching them make it, waste of everything

I was there just this afternoon and I couldn't find anyway for me to get in with my wheelchair, i saw no push pedals for it and I also saw a guy coming out of the building with his walker having problems.
I would like to thank gursewak for going above and beyond service! We will definitely come back!:) thanks!
