Subway is my favourite place to eat. I only go here of course to take advantage of the 24/7 when I work late. They help themselves to a 20% top every time. I have no problem tipping but It is my money so it should be up to me. If anything the workers who make our subs in front of us and interact with us deserve the tip more. Not the ladies who hand me my skinny little wrap that’s missing half the ingredients through a window and can’t even be bothered to say hi.

Ordered a veggie delete through the drive thru and the staff didn’t even put lettuce, tomato or cucumber! My sub only had cheese, sauce, onion and green pepper ! I was so shocked, how can you not add lettuce! Do better, this is unacceptable. Definitely not coming back to this location
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The food quality was very poor, not at all worth the price. I felt completely disrespected as a customer and will definitely not be returning. Very poor behavior and service, absolutely unacceptable.

I visited this place today and Kang was the one who served us . I have never had a better experience at a subway. Kang gave great deal and the subway was very tasty.

I was at this location today around 07:45pm with my 4 year old. So I went there and was patiently waiting for my turn as it seemed busy. So I was at number 4 and there were 3 people after me. A lady asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted and bread, I told her and put mine in the toaster and started finishing the other sandwiches she was already preparing. So I waited, then this other girl came from the drive-thru and started helping the girls in front. They made the other sandwiches, and now it was my turn. So one girl came and started asking the next person about their sandwich and then the 2nd girl came and started taking the order from the 3rd person and my sandwich was sitting on the counter unattended and the girl helped the person who was after me and then the other girl helped the other two people who were after that person. Even though I was in the line ahead of them and waiting with my 4-year-old who was hungry, they both didn’t care and started saying to one another, that make this one make this. The experience I had today was that bad that I never wanted to step in again at any Subway. I didn’t buy anything because I felt insulted that these two girls, I didn’t know what they were thinking of themselves, didn’t serve us even though we were first in line. Even the person who was after me who got the sandwich first apologized. This is how you train your employees. I didn’t get my dinner there. I went to McDonald's, and they served really well. I wanted to say so much to these two girls and wanted to tell them who to respect and wanted to teach them how to do better customer service, but I didn’t say a word, just left. As I was leaving, they didn’t apologize once, as they didn’t care. Terrible customer service.

Pathetic. I paid for the new sub and this is how much chicken I got which is nothing. Not happy. To anyone reading this make sure they put the correct meat on. She even tried to hide it with the cheese! Not happy at all. I tried to add the pic but won't let me.

Worst experience ever. I went there and ordered a veggie delite. The server was preparing another person's order, which was non-veg, and she put bacon on the sandwhich with her hands, and then she put it in the oven and asked me what i wsnt and start preparing my order with same gloves on and i am a vegetarian. I felt very bad ?
The staff here are fantastic and professional. I know when I place an order it'll be there waiting as specified. Kudos to all the staff at this location. I will be going back!

The drive thru is very convenient. But when u pay they sometimes ask u for I tip on the debt machine and sometimes they don't, so I don't understand that. Are sandwiches were also crooked meat wasn't in the sandwich. And the foot long cookie was very oily

I will never go back to this one i don't like the drive thru option. Employee was rude and wouldn't listen to my special instructions I would give 0 stars if I could I didn't even bother getting anything from them with how useless they are
