I recently ordered the protein powerball, and I must say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had so far. Although I’m not sure who the artist or team member was behind this order, they truly did an excellent job. Everything was perfectly prepared and thoughtfully put together, which really stood out to me.
What I appreciated most was the balance. The combination of the requested vegetables, meat, and sauces was spot on. None of the flavors overpowered the others, and every bite felt well-proportioned and satisfying. The veggies were fresh, the meat was cooked just right, and the sauces were applied generously but not excessively, enhancing the overall taste without making it messy or heavy.
Quality and quantity were both excellent, and that consistency is something I truly value as a customer. I sincerely hope that this level of preparation, portioning, and attention to detail continues, as it makes a big difference in the overall experience. Please do not compromise on this standard—you are definitely doing great. Maybe the washroom should be a little clean but not bad.
Another major plus is the fact that the place is open 24 hours. That convenience is incredibly helpful, especially for late-night or early-morning cravings. On top of that, the drive-thru option makes everything even easier and more efficient, saving time while still delivering great food.
Overall, this was a very satisfying experience, and I will definitely be coming back. Keep up the excellent work!

Really good customer service I was waiting in the parking lot trying to order through the app to get the buy one get one free deal, but the payment wasn’t working for some reason I kept trying and I went up to the window asked them if they can punch it in themselves without having to do it online and they were able to do it no problem!

The drive through window fell and just missed my hand.

The workers say the manager refuses to fix the window and uses a renovation excuse.

She doesn’t want to spend the money on fixing it. I’m telling you if that window did hit me this location would be shut down.

So Subway thinks they know how to spend our money. They go from $25.00 gift cards to $50.00 even when times get more tough for everyone. Great job marketing team. Guess I won't be buing my 6 cards for gifts this year as it's a 100% mark up and same in my wallet, nice try.
