I found a human fingernail in by 6 inch wrapper. I ordered a 6 inch sub, got home, sat at the kitchen table, unwrapped my sub, ate it....as I was looking down at the paper it was wrapped in, I notice a fingernail....That is the last time I go there.

Often extremely long lines are experienced at this location and the staff typically takes longer to prepare sandwiches at this location than staff do at most other locations. Be prepared for a wait.

I used to enjoy Subway sandwiches. Now they just seem to all taste the same ask for some extra condiments and they add 3 more onion pieces. Ask for a little bit of sauce and get 3 lines of it. Good for convenience but taste has

They make a great sandwich every time there!Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp to the sidewalk is down by the bank, but the store itself has plenty of room for a wheelchair.

The staff here could not hate their jobs any more then they do. Very rude and very easily annoyed if you ask questions. Also their slight up charge for switching meats from turkey to salmi cost more then the entire sub it's self. A $3.20 charge not to add but substitute a meat on a $3 sandwich is crazy. I'm sorry my 8 year old is a little bit picky. I remembered subway making it your way but I guess that was then and this is now. Either way the Kildare location is bad. Don't go there.

Been going here for many years. Used to be decent and the employees ‘cared’ about what they do. There is a lack of that now. I feel bad about this bc there is ONE lady (just one) that makes a great sub. The rest seem to think if the ingredients make it on the bread, that’s good enough. This is a management error now as well. Train the employees to respect the meals and/or hold them accountable for what they do (this isn’t happening). Order was February 24th around 7:30pm. Talk to your staff. You are losing long time customers. Thank you.

Absolutely horrible this is one of the worst subways I have ever been too. They don't care how they prepare your food rite in front of your face, vegetables are always rotten and the insist on putting them on your sandwich unless you tell them no get me fresh stuff that stuff is rotten. If you do that then you get attitude. Worst subway around.

Rude employee. She made a mistake in my order and when I corrected her, got upset as if it was my fault. And I was the only one ordering at the time too- it wasn't as if they were busy.

Walked up the counter (I'm the only customer) and the only person at the counter was wiping the counter so I courteously waited for her to ask for my order, you know - let her get ready for me - but no acknowledgment of my presence, so then she started to walk away so I had to ask her if she was ready for my order. So then, while ordering, I was trying to be friendly and not even any smile or acknowledgment from her. I felt like she didn't want me there. It wasn't until I was paying and I asked her name "Kaur" and how to spell it that she changed and decided to smile and say Have a Nice Day. If you want friendly service, ask their names up front and maybe you'll have better luck.

They were very fast and followed instructions almost spotlessly, I would recommend this location
