Terrible service every employee has a turban on and doesn't change gloves between subs so you also get toppings you didn't order. Absolutely

I had kind of a horrific experience here. I had ordered through the app, and a quirk of it is that the way online orders for flatbread are printed is that they don't specify if they're toasted or not. Flatbread is toasted by default of course, but mine weren't toasted (this isn't the bad part).
Where it got bad is that the worker refused to remake my sandwiches because they feared retaliation by their employer. They were afraid they'd have to pay for wasted ingredients or otherwise be punished verbally. How badly are these people being treated that they fear retaliation over $4 of meat and veg?
I'd steer clear of this place until the franchise owner can make a public statement about their treatment of their workers.

Needs new employees. The staff was so rude, missed our order and when we asked for it to be corrected she called us liars, so we told them to review their camera footage but she walked away instead and ignored us.

I went there last week , and the boy Harshil talked to me very rudely , this is how we face racism in Canada , his way of talking was very bad. fire him as soon as possible , otherwise great ambience.

My kid drove to subway with a friend. Asked him to pick up a pretzel and foot long cookie for his sister, he was told by the employee that they didn't have any. I placed the order online while he was in subway for the pretzel and cookie. When I got there, the employee was just putting my pretzel in the oven. I asked her why she would not make the pretzel and the cookie for the two customers that were there, but had no problem making it for an order placed online. She claimed it was so busy (just the 2 boys in the restaurant) when I said it was just the 2 of them, she went on to say she's a newcomer and doesn't know. Disgusting how customers are treated.

I was in at approx. 1 pm on Sept 23, 2024 and I bought using a coupon buy 1 footlong get a 6 inch for a dollar. Before I had the sandwich made I asked if she could scan coupon and give coupon back she said yes. I proceeded to have sandwiches made. I got to the register and she scanned and took coupon I said can I have coupon back she said no I need to keep it. She argued with me about what I had said. I feel this is a case of not understanding language. An hour before I was at another subway and got coupon back after scanning. She told me she didn't care what they do at other stores obviously there is no continuity between stores. It's a shame as I would have gone back tomorrow to get more. I also said I was using a points card and she didn't seem to understand. If I would have used the phone app coupon it would have scanned and I could use it again so whats the difference with getting the coupon back. Disappointed customer. I do like subway but will go to another one.

Just Order gluten free footlong , the worst sandwich I ever eat. The guy didn’t even bother to add sauces in my sandwich, very dry, will never order from here again .

First teach ur sandwich artists how to cut bread and wrap up the sub. It was just 3 veggies on my sub and still she struggled to close it up because she cut her bread really wrong. BTW I used to work for subway and I know where she could have done better.

Staff members are very nice and co-operative, and willing to help you . I ordered food for my family, it was fresh and delicious. I recommend everyone to visit here .
They definitely need new employees, the server (he was wearing turban) was too rude!! We were just nicely ordering food and he was not interested in listening to the order. If you can’t smile then don’t, but at least don’t try to make the customer feel unwanted!!If the store owner is reading this, please tell them to improve the customer service or get better employees!

Apparently the manager is too ignorant and rude when a customer requests they change gloves due to an ALLERGY. Gross behaviour. I used to go here since it’s close to home but nope, not anymore. What’s with managers being the worst when it comes to providing customers with basic courtesy and customer service.

Won't accommodate allergies and very unprofessional. Smells like a lawsuit and an instant shut down in there near future.Avoid this location at all cost!
