Went there tonight and only at 6:30, and only one staff was working. I waited patiently for 20 minutes while she helped one group of 3 and another group of 2. When they were done she said “just a second, I have to do these.” And worked on online orders. I said to forget it and left without ordering. While I already waited that long, another minute wouldn’t make a difference but I found it so rude that I waited that long (because you are so understaffed) and I’m told to wait more. I am in the store, I should be helped and not told to wait longer, behind someone who isn’t there.

I went to subway last night. I asked for a 12 inch meatball sub on white bread. Staff was not friendly at all. The young gentle man took the cold meatballs out of the container and put them in a microwave safe container. He then asked if i wanted marinara sauce. I said yes please. He added two small scoops and i asked for extra he then rolled his eyes. He put one more small scoop then he put it in the microwave. He then picked the meatballs out of the container one by one and put it in the bread and threw out the marinara. I was shocked but i didn't say anything at the time. When i went to pay i asked why he didn't add the marinara on the bread instead he throwing it out and he had the nerve to say he didn't. When i got home which is 2 min away i went to eat the sandwich and the meatballs were dry and still frozen. I have been there a few times and keep telling myself i will not be back but i always give people the benefit of the doubt as may of been an off day. "Nope" never again and will not recommend his Subway location to anyone and i will steer then away.

Went to go here to grab food with my daughter today. Door was locked even though it said they were open at 9am on Oct. 8th. It was 10:45! I could see two workers inside. One of them standing at the counter and saw us. Then they flicked on the open sign and still didn't unlock the door! I have never been overly impressed with the staff at this location, but come on! Not impressed!

I ordered online and did curbside and my order was made wrong and when I called the manager refused to make a new sandwich and said "This is how we make it." I asked for a little olives, peppers and they gave me a huge sandwich full. It was a gross sandwich and even worse customer service. Won't stay open if you treat your customers this way. You should be ashamed.

Wouldn’t confirm my skip order, wasted my time.

The lineups (at most Subways these days) can be crazy long, so expect to wait. I recommend using the app ahead of time and having it brought out to your vehicle. I've had mistakes on my mobile orders though.I feel bad for the young employees as they probably aren't being trained very well. Not their fault. I heard a long time ago that the owners run skeleton crews at the ones they own compared to the one on Regent & Day (?)I should just cut out fast food from my life, especially since the quality and portions go down but the prices keep going up.

I'm forced to do a review on here because I can't review them on Skip the dishes. The reason I can't review thm on skip the dishes is because every time we try to order from them, even if it's months apart, they never confirm the order so I don't get a chance to actually give them a rating. That's my entire problem with this place. I don't even know why they're still even on Skip the dishes if they're not going to confirm orders. Over the last year I have tried to place about 5 orders from them, months apart, and each time my order gets canceled. I know you'll probably say, well Why do you continue to order from them?. The reason is because once the order got canceled I would call them and ask if they saw that my order came through and they just got busy and didn't have time. But instead they would say that their iPad isn't working. So then when I try to order again a few months later same thing happens. But when I would call they would say their internet is down. A few months later. If I would try again they would give another excuse. So I don't really know what's going on with this place and skip the dishes will not take them off. So this was kind of the final straw and I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered 3 subways with extra sauces and one subway with hot sauce . But I got sauces very less even it was very hard to find where is sauces. It didn’t get any subway with hot sauces. When I call them she said I put sauces on the bottom and we can’t make it by putting sauces on salad. I was busy I didn’t check your comment. I am not sure is it my mistake to order Subway when they are busy. They don’t have any solution and not ready to accept their mistake. Very disappointed. Bad experience. Never recommend this subway

I don’t go to Subway often. I do enjoy it when I choose to stop in.The service was quick, and everything tasted fresh. It feels like it is healthy eating when you load up the sub with vegetables.I was in and out in minutes.

Had a sub at this location half a dozen times or so and everything was fine..last Sunday February 5th at 5pm was a different experience..the young fella finishing off the sub stopped and walked over to the sink and blew his nose in front of 5 or 6 customers..he did wash his hands but i for one will not be back at this location...

Ordered 2 subs, one was quite delightful, pack to the brim... but the other was pretty frail... More mayo than contents. Hit or miss here.

I was there tonight and ordered a sub from a small girl behind the counter. Issues were pretty consistent with her. She must have been new. From the beginning she didn't know what a turkey sub was and seemed to question if it was a bacon turkey style sub. I wasn't sure if she was putting the meat on right, she seemed nervous and confused. She proceeded to toast my sub, but it didn't work, removed the tray it was on and put it flat on the grill, opening the over 3 times. When she finally took it out it seemed burnt. (What bothered me was the two young guys; 1 at the till and the other making my boyfriend's sub beside her, never bothered to help her even though she did not seem to be making the subs up to standard) which brings me to they way she applied toppings - very fearfully and scarce. From the very beginning I had to repeat myself multiple times because she could not hear me or understand what I was saying so by the time she put the veggies on...(which really looked quite bad, especially the cucumbers and lettuce) I was getting a bit annoyed. Then came the sauces - I must have said "yellow mustard", because it said that in big print on the bottle, 5 times as she reached for various bottles. When I said house sauce she had no idea what bottle to grab and again no one bothered to help her figure it out, nice way to train people there, I looked around and said to one guy "do you know what bottle the house sauce is?" To which the cashier replied in a snarky tone "the bottle that says house sauce". Like sorry bro, I don't work here. Also, I'm not asking so that I can teach the staff where to find the bottle, I'm asking so you can help someone who you work with, that is struggling because she is new and clearly not her first language, find the freaking bottle! I am paying to be here and you're being paid to be here - no need to act above me over house sauce. I also asked her to put two lines of each sauce (usually subway sandwich makers do 3 heavy lines) she didn't hear what I said, again, and drew 4 tiny lines. It was the least amount of toppings on a burnt sub with yucky vegetables, from untrained, and rude staff, in a dirty store. Management should work on helping their staff be more successful and better trained with better customer service with attention on cleanliness and freshness overall. Sorry to leave a bad review but meh, it happens. 2 stars for the food being edible, I guess.
