I have came to this locations numerous times in hope the quality has changed, but nope same in editable sandwich that mine as well be service in a dog dish.Just drive another 2 min to the subway on cavalier at portage and have it done right!!!I ordered this time thru door dash and they would not refund me stating it’s still edible

The lady in front asked if it was just for myself or for my family, and I’ve never been asked that question at any Subway. This shows that she cares for her customers and she shows exquisite customer service! The meatball sub tastes excellent with the Habanero Cheese. Thank you!

August 24th, 2023. The food was great. I got the roasted chicken sandwich on Flatbread. However, I found it strange that they now at this location have the option to include tips on their debit machine. Maybe Subway needs to up their rate of pay for the employees because they definitely charge enough for their food.

Eva was working on her own and gave us amazing service in spite of this! It was very nice and she made good food!Dietary restrictions: I had a gluten-free sub, and she wiped down the whole station and kept everything from start to finish properly separated.

I want to personally share the experience / interaction I had with Eva at this particular Subway location.From the moment I waked in to the very moment I left Eva was very friendly, personable and accommodating.My sub, as simple as my order always is, was made perfect.The atmosphere and cleanliness of this location within itself were also amazing.Working so close to here I will be visiting more often in the evenings, fingers crossed Eva is in !Thank you for my visit today, nothing but great things to say.-Krystalina

This was my first and last time I’ll be coming to this location. The girl that served me was rude when I corrected her on her math skill when it came to giving me the correct change. My total for my 2 meals came up to $26.35, I gave her $41.35 in cash expecting to get $15 back as I didn’t want the change. She couldn’t figure it out so I kindly was explaining to her what I need to get back and she couldn’t figure it out so I told her just give me the $1 back and give me $14 then. She then proceeds to give me $10.80 and I told her she owes me $4.20 cause that not right and then she says “we’ll you owe tax” and shows me the bill. I say “oh that’s weird that the machine doesn’t show you the total on the machine when you pay cause then that’s not right” and she rolled her eyes so I took my change and grabbed my food and I said “well thank you, have a nice day” and she snarky said to me “byyyyye!” and walks away. That is NOT good customer service when you act rude to the customer when they weren’t even blaming you in the first place. Do better Subway.
