This is my go to Subway location (even though Unicity is closer to me). Staff here is friendly and food is always fresh. I work for a business with 100+ staff and have had catering from here too many times. The manager Christy always helps us out and makes ordering a breeze!

I placed my order around 11:30 and didn’t get delivery So tried to talk to staff but it went so rude and not ready to accept their mistake. Communication with their own staff is too low.

Well I visited around 430ish and the place was exceptionally clean. I tried for a cookie to uzs the bathroom. Understandably they keep them locked at night. However my balance was low and I went to my phone to try and manage some scraps. The next customer, named John, bought my cookie and a sub to go with it. As well, tossed me a gift card too. Thank you John.

Absolutely terrible service and food... I maybe took 4 bites and couldn't even finish it. I was also sick after as well... the other sub was over loaded with salt and pepper, when that was mentioned to them, she scraped it off with a wooden knife, and put the toppings back on.. thankfully we got a refund but the lady didn't want to at 1st. She said she's not authorized to do so.. I will never go back especially to this location.

Ordered some subs from this location one was veggie fully loaded with veggies tomatoes onions jalapeño bannana peppers sauce mayo tandoori excetra. Received my sub with basically nothing on it and dry without sauce on both subs other sub was some what correct . However i called the store and girl working there was arguing and rude saying “you can check the cameras “ . I ordered from both subs to be grilled as i always do their should be grill marks however there was not . I called the store manager kristy in the morning time and she was very rude once again saying thjs is why we have cameras she made the one correct . I found it very rude as a manger . I think you would want returning customers i get this is a bug fast food chain and you don’t care about your customers . Will not return here .

The prices have gone a little overboard. And for their system to ask for a tip on top of that is nuts. I worked for Subway for 5 years. The false advertising of and pretending things are fresh is ridiculous enough but the prices now are too much.
