Worst employee is working there , they don’t know how to deal with customers, he mad our sandwich totally wrong and when we called in he was so rude , last one he made was very very less sause like very dry sandwich, after the remake was also worst . When we ask for pnini press ,he said I can’t do that , its too late now . Whereas i did same in other locations they press once its done. His behavior was not good at all. When i aaked his name he refuse to give me his name .

Unfortunately this is not the same as most locations that I’ve reviewed and you all know I’m honest.The food was good not greatThe lettuce was brownish red Color, so I declined since I don’t want salmonella,The sandwich artist was polite and did a decent job, on a side note the price for the footlong cold cut with added 5 pieces pepperoni was $3 higher here than other locations, I’m assuming this is because of their 3.8 google ratingAll in all, I wasn’t impressed, I’m unsure if this is a franchise store or corporate.I didn’t take pictures this time since the servers weren’t rude to me, I will be checking this location again and if the store is inadequate I will be doing a full review with pictures, this is a wake up call to this store manager.

I feel bad for the employees working here. I went in today to get a sub and the lady who helped me out was extremely nice so I wanted to tip her but sadly the tip option on the debit machine was broken the employee told her mama get and the manger freaked out and said “well that’s not my problem” umm yes it is fix it just because you don’t get a top and your employees do doesn’t mean you can’t get off your be hind and call someone to fix it. Treat your employees right and you’ll have a way better return and to whom I couldn’t tip I will hopefully be crack with cash soon. Sorry for your rude and ignorant manager.

Worst experience after the guy who left the subway recently. They don’t know how to prepare my sub, they even dont follow the instructions that not to touch beef or steak when a customer is purely vegetarian. They over toasted my sub once an had given me frozzen veggie patty in my sub . Now third time i got cold bread not toasted well . Worst location .If I would have a option to give them 0 star , I would definitely do that.??????????

UPDATE: Good staff members of knowing what one wants, but.........Told one of the staff members that there was no paper towel in the men's washroom....one said none in the lady's washroom too. The footlong sandwich I had was not cut well. The coffee did not taste fresh. The store is getting very outdated, and not clean inside and out. Low on most items.

Tonight this January 8th, whoever was working made me the best darn sandwich I've ever had from Subway ever! So to whoever was on shift great job! Your manager should know how great your work is! ?

We've had two visits lately, one with 1-star and one with a 2-star and one with a 4-star. The 1-star rating was a result of using the App, ordering on line, and when we went to pick up the order there was nothing besides my credit card charge. Got a nice letter from the store manager apologizing but that was it :-( The second visit things went ideally with respect to ordering which was great. The sandwich was prepared as requested which was great and tasted fine but was struggle to eat. A family member who actually worked at this store years ago highlighted the 'build' issues from too much sauce and how it was put on. The result was even with the paper wrapping the contents were slathered in sauce and very difficult to eat. The taste was fine but it shouldn't be that hard to eat. Our recent third visit the other day went well so I'll average it out to a 3.
