The staff here are very pleasant. My mother tends to stutter when she's ordering, but they are so patient with her. The food is always fresh and it's a very clean and laid back place. I really enjoy coming here!

I had an issue with the online order for 6 cookies and I also placed another order for dine-in but due to server issues my order was not processed in their POS , after all this staff member reacted calmly with me and tried out their best to help me out . My sub was good too !

Staff SO rude I couldn't believe it. Told me I couldn't have my sub cut into two separate 6" subs unless I ordered it that way on the app and was very intimidating, repeatedly telling me he can't make the 12" into two 6"s until I fully understood what he was saying to me lmao I still don't know what he was talking about but it was weird and worth mentioning.

I went to get a sub: service awesome. Pretty quiet. Suddenly, a woman with issues grabs the business phone, starts uttering threats and holes up in the bathroom. I was asked to stay. I called the police as well as the staff.Police arrived. I was given a police report number.Apparently, they can't stop this reoccurring offender from the restaurant. This doesn't leave you with a good feeling for staff safety.I ended up with a cold sub. But staff were definitely traumatized.
