I went to the store at around 8:05 pm on Oct 18. There was no one to serve me. I waited for few mins but no one came to serve me. I was hearing noises from the back of someone using their phone. If they were not on their break, then serving the customer should be their first priority I guess.

Ordered 4 subs on the app, Missing multiple toppings on all subs, guy seemed like we were inconveniencing him just by being there. When my wife phoned back to say hey the order is wrong got nothing but attitude and sexist remarks.

Went to this location today and bought 2 steak and bacon subs. Got home and tried to eat them and the meat was sour. Called and spoke to the store directly and they said they would call me back. That didn't happen. Tried calling again and could no longer get through or leave a message. Very poor customer service!!

Very nice store neat and clean must visit there was a girl name Aasavi has very nice behaviour with customers and makes delicious sandwiches.will visit again back .

They are also master in making catering order. We placed 400 people sandwiches platter order. Thier service was top notch.

Management is super.

All team member working here are all friendly and welcoming.

We ordered two sandwiches and asked to make both a combo with a soup and drink. There were two staff working when we went. After paying for our orders, the other lady only handed out one soup. I looked for the other soup and she mentioned I only ordered one. I asked for the receipt and it showed two soups were charged. The other soup that I ordered was no longer available so I then asked for cookies instead. I asked for the drinks but told me I only paid for two soups.

I told the other staff that I asked for combos but both of them were speaking in their native language while dealing with the matter. Both staff did not apologize for their mistake and did not give us our cups and said we have to pay for them even if we specifically asked combos for our orders. They are extremely rude and did not do anything to settle the inconvenience they caused.

Not only they did not repeat my order before asking us to pay, the other staff did not check the availability of our order. If she told us they’re out of soups, we wouldn’t have ordered any. When we went home, it is our surprise that the soup they gave us was only HALF-FILLED!!!

Would never go back to this branch!!

I had previously complained about this location but today we had lunch from this Subway and it was the best Subway lunch I ever had. The lettuce and cucumbers were so crispy, and even the tomatoes were properly ripe. To top it off, when we arrived, they were out of broccoli soup but the lady waiting on us willingly made more. This was really great as it’s our favorite. You couldn’t ask for better service.
