Only one in the store. Ignored for 5 minutes while simpleton works on online orders. Walked out.

Showed both employees my coupon before ordering. Then when paying they tell me 1 sub isn't valid for the coupon. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I showed them the coupon and ordered and they just said idk.

I am writing to express my disappointment in the service and food that I received at this subway. When i went to go pick up my sub it was not ready and the worker brushed me off after i asked if it was ready since i ordered it 20 min ago. But when i finally got my sub there was very little and in some places none of the 2 sauces that though i order 2 different ones with extra of each. Last i orders extra cucumbers and only received 5 thin slices throughout the whole foot long sub. But worst, this is the 3rd time this fiasco that happened to me. I highly recommend you do not go to this subway and instead go to the one by Sobey’s or any other subway for that matter. For any other subway is better than this one.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. Upon arriving, I had high expectations for exemplary customer service; however, regrettably, this was not the case. The employees appeared to be more engrossed in their personal conversations rather than attending to my order. Furthermore, the food preparation process was lackluster, as the vegetables were carelessly thrown onto the flatbread, and I observed a concerning lack of hygiene practices. As a result of this experience, I must convey my dissatisfaction and express my reluctance to patronize your establishment in the future.

Forgot to note down the name of the server, but he requires some basic courses in customer service. He served the bowl having 50% less quantity as compared to the picture displayed and when asked reply was unprofessional. Not recommended this spot. I never had bad experience like this at any other subway location.
