Got veg sandwich today. No idea why server was making bad face while taking our order. We asked to put some topping she is making weird face like we our asking sandwich for free. Experienced this type of customer service for first time in 6 years in canada. Would not recommend anyone to visit here.

I’ll start by saying the owner of this location, is a super friendly guy and runs the restaurant extremely well. I’ve never been there and not seen him working. Went in on Sunday today, and honestly must say when he is not working the cleanliness, and freshness of the food is not nearly as good the other times I’ve been there, bathroom wasen’t very clean (gum in the sink, spinach seemed rotten today, stems not picked out of the banana peppers, ext) although I suppose it could simply have been a coincidence. But all in, normally pretty good.

I would like to give negatives if I could very poor service. They are incredibly cheap with the veggies and didn't offer them all. This is Canada and English is our language and should be spoken. Big scam they couldn't give change as they didn't have enough coins did give change. Wonder if you were short a quarter would they with hold the sub. If that should happen just use the change they shorted me on. Don't recommend this place. Need to talk to staff about customer service. We were the only ones in there seemed like we were bothering them.à

I've been regularly visiting this Subway for the last year, and I can confidently say that this is easily the best Subway location I've ever been to!The staff are always super patient, personable, and professional, which has lead to an overall great experience every time. Occasionally, I like to try new and different menu items, and have always been happy with the way they make my sandwich. Over the year, I've absolutely recommended this location to friends, family, and coworkers.If I could give a higher rating, I would!

I come to this Subway location 4 times / week and its fantastic. Staff are always freindly and make great sandwiches. Store is always clean.
Barely put any of the 5 veggie toppings on the sandwiches. I can get a loaf of bread at the grocery store for $4 instead cause all I got was mostly bread. And extra bacon is 4 slices. I will not be returning. Don’t be so cheap on toppings. I’m an average sized woman and I shouldn’t need a foot long to feel full.
