I just bought a foot long sandwich, I been eating subway many years. The associate made it, she didn't put enough cheese and steak, as if she is giving it to me I am not buying it, it's bad attitude. Please watch when they are making your sandwiches.

I’ve always enjoyed Subway and have had consistently positive experiences at this specific mall location—until May 28th. That evening, around 5:45 PM, the two female employees working displayed shocking levels of impatience and disrespect. Despite us being polite and cooperative, they were dismissive, visibly irritated, and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism or urgency.
As someone who works in customer service, I understand bad days happen and that the customer isn’t always right—but this was unprovoked and inappropriate. One of the employees even rolled her eyes when I asked a simple question about bread options. Additionally, the cookies we received were so poorly made they were barely intact, and when I requested a receipt, it was ignored entirely.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this interaction was disappointing enough to warrant it. These specific employees do not reflect the high standard Subway typically upholds and, in my opinion, are unfit for a customer-facing role.

I had a terrible experience at Subway with an employee named Herbia. She was extremely rude, making unprovoked and inappropriate remarks that made me feel unwelcome. This behavior completely ruined my visit, and I’m disappointed such an employee is working there. Management needs to address this to ensure a respectful and pleasant environment for all customers.

I wish the lady was more kinder, allow me make my choices and not scowl her face at me. My sandwich tasted very good and the bread was well toasted hence I'll assume she was having a bad day or stress.

Great staff specially the manager. She helped me with finding deals in app and made my sandwich as i want. I am vegetarian, can’t even have any little particle of meat. She respect that and put all veggies from fresh containers. On others location whenever I ask the staff for fresh vegetables, they get mad and rude. But at this subway she did her best to make my sandwich. Definitely my favourite subway ever.

Thank you for getting back to me, but I would like to say First of all, your staff members was clearly lying to you, that is not how this situation went, it wasn’t because of noise, I heard clearly what she said, and how she said it. Secondly why is she slamming my sub? And slamming the food into my sub? Is that how you have taught your staff members to make subs?. It is awfully disrespectful. Please be aware of what they are doing to your business and also I have worked in many places, rolling eyes at your customers is a sign of disrespect. Thank you. I frequent St Vital to grab lunch and it's been a beautiful experience compared to other branch of Subway i have bought food from. RAJNISA is always my go to person, she has the most beautiful smile and patience dealing with customers, she is kind with words, tells me about offers available, and always get my orders right. I am happy with her services. Thanks Raj for ur patience with me, for recommending when I just wanna eat with nothing particular in mind.
