Go to the subway down the street. Not worth your time here. I grabbed a veggie sub and my bread was stale. Hard as a rock I could barely get my teeth through it.

The man that took my order was so rude and impatient. No customer service skills at all.

Breads dry always. Ingredients are fine but it seems fresher down the road into st norbert. Customer service is as dry as the bread. No personality, nobody smiles, they just make your food and send you on your way. Which is fine. But... Google askin so I'm telling you. Highly recommend not ordering delivery on any platform at this location, the sandwich is usually slim on toppings. However, super clean, nice place, and unl8ke most subways the tables are always clean.

Ordered two subs for in-store pick up and not only was it not prepared by the pick up time, they still managed to get both subs wrong.

I wouldn’t fully blame the staff however. Why would the owners only schedule one staff member on a Friday evening?

It was really bad experience, we use coupon to buy 2 foot long combo and they are giving us very little of steak. Plus, I can feel he is showing very impatient attitude. Stay away

Ordered 2 sandwiches today. I always like lots of veggies in my sandwich so I always ask for more but this was just disappointing. Almost veggie I asked for more of I didn't get it except for the olives. Even the lettuce and spinach was less than what a regular from other subways. Very disappointed in my sandwich and how they cheapened out on the veg.

The subway is located steps from Pearson International Airport in Etobicoke. Friendly staff. I was staying in the Holiday Inn hotel and just walked here. It was literally three minutes. Got what I needed and went back to my room. I would recommend. Parking is limited though.

Waited in line for five to ten minutes and just as I got up to order the server made 5 or 6 online orders while the line behind me grew. He could have easily made one, then served me then continued with the rest of the order. Horrendous customer service!!! Needless to say I walked out without getting a Sub. I will never go to that Subway again. 2750 Pembina Hwy.

yesterday I went to subway, The first time I felt the indifference of the service in the subway, the subway waitress showed her impatience, I felt that she didn't want to serve me, I felt it both when I ordered and when I checked out (what was she whispering when I ordered) It made me very unhappy, I love the subway, but it made me very sad that this happened.

ordered from here today, they didn’t have italian bread so they had to substitute. They wrote us a small note explaining what happened & gave us free cookies. That’s sooo cute :-) great,GREAT customer service, thankyou!the food was great too!!
