I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to the manager, Rakesh. He’s genuinely attentive, patient, and always makes sure the order is exactly right. You can tell he cares about the customers and his store. It’s rare to see that level of professionalism and friendliness these days. Definitely coming back!

My experience at this specific subway has been nothing but amazing. Everytime i go there, the staff is super friendly and my food is so well prepared. Especially, the employee named rakesh, he makes my sandwiches so well and is super welcoming every time i visit. This Subway is a must go if you're looking to get subway!!

This is the worst Subway branch I have been to in Winnipeg. Been eating subway for quite a while now and this branch is just soo bad. On three different occasions I have been there and the protein portions were served as if I wasn’t paying for it. Trash!

Rude staff here specifically uncle who I’m assuming owns this subway. He was putting less items on the sub, every time you have to tell him to put more veggies on sub. Cuz no one here to get free food right and the attitude he carrying is so much with rude behaviour and body language. No greetings at all. I don’t recommend this subway guys. You should go somewhere else.

Do not attend this Subway, go to JIMMY JOHNS at 1740 Pembina Hwy…. I have been to 2 Subways in the last three months and both times it sucked. It would seem all subways are turning into poor service and product suppliers. Both times I was either repulsed by the quality or felt gouged by the size and price or lack of capability to use a supplied coupons.

1) The bread was under proofed so ended up being approximately 2.5” across to save a buck.
2) The tuna was dry as I have ever had and it’s obvious the owner is instructing the staff to but less mayo when premixing the tuna to save a buck.
3) I had to tell the staff making the sub to add more lettuce which is fine but he placed very little extra lettuce several times so I was forced to tell him to stop being so cheap.
4) I wanted to use the in app coupon but I was told it wasn’t available because I didn’t order the sub in the app. I am forced to give subway my credit card info to get a coupon…? Not a chance.
5). This specific Subway sucks and it is blatantly obvious Kim and Sandra are no longer the owners.

Do yourself the favor and go to Jimmy John’s at 1740 Pembina hwy. Slightly more expensive but there is no comparison in quality. JIMMY JOHNS is insanely better than Subway. It worth the trip to Jimmy John’s.

extremely rude service.

I was with my friend when we visited this Subway, and the experience was terrible. A staff member named ___RAKESH_____ was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t greet us, didn’t offer a bag, and carelessly tossed the sub on the counter after payment like he didn’t care at all.

It was honestly shocking to see that kind of behavior in a customer service role. We won’t be visiting this location again, and I’d strongly recommend others to avoid it as well.

Anni was extremely rude to me in front of a whole bunch of people in line and basicalky hassled me for being vegan and asking for no meat on my sandwich. Wanted to double charge me cause i asked for a coiple extra vegetables. Ive never been so embarrassed. What absolutely horrible discriminatory service
