I went around 6pm and had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to get my order. This isn’t the first time either it’s happened several times when I come for dinner. With only one person working, the wait gets really long. After a long day, standing in line that long just makes grabbing dinner feel like a chore.

It's a Subway, but one of the better ones in the city. Customer service has always been friendly and my sandwiches are made great. Veggies aren't gross looking and the employees are very accommodating when I want things put on a certain way.
