We came around 11:30 pm and there was only one employee working. She already had many other orders, so we had to wait a little longer, but she handled everything really well. She was very nice, made our sandwiches delicious, and is clearly a great worker. It would be nice if there were at least two employees to give her an extra hand. The only reason for the 3-star rating is that this location needs more staff, especially on busy nights like Fridays and weekends, to give her an extra hand.

Well, I have something to say about this subway location the issue that I’ve been facing or faced many times. I like to order a foot-long sub or a chicken bowl at this location, I always like to pay extra for extra chicken but every time the employee put a little bit of chicken in the sandwich well, if somebody’s paying extra for something at least he should get the value of his buck. I guess the owner of this location is so cheap he’s trying to cut back on this items to increase the margins. That is so disappointing.

One of my favourite places to get food (it's also very convenient as I work right next door). Staff is always very kind and friendly. They even started to recognize me and my order. Their rush can be busy sometimes, but the staff always does their best to be friendly and get to me as soon as possible. When/if mistakes are made, they do their best to fix it or make up for it right away.
I came in tonight for a sub and had a coupon for free chips and a drink. The woman making the sandwich was alone and many people walked in while she was making it. I wait for her and I give her the coupon. She scans the coupon and I hand her $10 in cash and want to spend the rest on debit. She then proceeded to send $10 to the debit machine so that I could pay that instead of the $2.98 that I actually needed to pay. I told her that’s not right and she tells me to pay the $10 on debit and she will use the cash and give me the change. I told her I want to use up the cash and pay the rest debit and she tells me she doesn’t understand? She then starts over again and sends $3 to the debit machine ( debit does not round up, it takes exact cents ) so I ask her why it’s $3 and she can’t explain it so I pay the $3 on debit. She restarts the transaction and I have to pay the $3 again and then the machine wants me to pay the rest of the money on DEBIT. I tap my card 3 times in this interaction and never got to use the cash at all. This is very frustrating and I’m sure she was stressed out as the customer before me was also upset with her but one of the first things you are taught on POS is to split tenders. Very disappointed.

I really wanna appreciate Mandeep Kaur who made my order. I ordered 6” veggie patty. She made it so well. On every subway i request to add extra crispy onions and sweet onion on base but they don’t. I always think if I would ever get chance to make, I would add stuff according to my expectation. But really hats off to Mandeep kaur and keep it up 👍🏻
