Have to go there because working in Concordia today during lunch worst experience is customer service with her .have to give order to other girl she is much better subway is Ohk but work on the customer service this is 4th time in 30 days I come here for subway but this girl always behave same no change looks she owns it .! Owner doesn’t care or what .!

The staff were really friendly, and the person making my sandwich even added a free cookie with my order — totally made my day! 😊 It’s such a small thing, but it shows they actually care about their customers. My food was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Thanks for the great service!

Went into the store to grab a bite just after 10 PM. The person who made her sandwiches was so friendly and made our sandwiches exactly as we asked. She made some light conversation. You don’t get much of this these days in the service industry and it was very nice!!

We came around 11:30 pm and there was only one employee working. She already had many other orders, so we had to wait a little longer, but she handled everything really well. She was very nice, made our sandwiches delicious, and is clearly a great worker. It would be nice if there were at least two employees to give her an extra hand. The only reason for the 3-star rating is that this location needs more staff, especially on busy nights like Fridays and weekends, to give her an extra hand.

Well, I have something to say about this subway location the issue that I’ve been facing or faced many times. I like to order a foot-long sub or a chicken bowl at this location, I always like to pay extra for extra chicken but every time the employee put a little bit of chicken in the sandwich well, if somebody’s paying extra for something at least he should get the value of his buck. I guess the owner of this location is so cheap he’s trying to cut back on this items to increase the margins. That is so disappointing.

One of my favourite places to get food (it's also very convenient as I work right next door). Staff is always very kind and friendly. They even started to recognize me and my order. Their rush can be busy sometimes, but the staff always does their best to be friendly and get to me as soon as possible. When/if mistakes are made, they do their best to fix it or make up for it right away.
