If you’re supposed to be open at 8am but at 830am, I’m told to come back in 10 minutes because they are not “ready for customers”, maybe change your staffing schedule.

The Indian guy working there had no manners. I said hi and he didn't even reply back. He had an angry look on this face the whole time he was making my sandwich. Just like the last person said, he didn't even asking if I would like the sub toasted - just went ahead and toasted it. He spoke in one word sentences. He said veggies? I said whatever the sandwich comes with and he had no idea. He kept looking around as if the ingredient list was going to appear out of thin air. There were tissues given for my dine in order with my order either and no thank you or have a nice day. How is this guy still working here?

Guy making my sub had a very bad attitude and didn't follow the normal protocol of asking if i wanted it toasted or not. Just toasted it (which i didn't want but didn't get a chance to say)
Edit; once again, same guy. Toasted without asking, ruined experiance. Tall guy with black hair cut like a mullet with a beard, darker complexion. No name tag so hard to say exactly who. Fix this

I got food poisoning at the Subway at 1555 Regent Ave (Kildonan Place Mall) in Winnipeg. The store owner Mary Mathew told me she was going to send me coupons, but she never did. I've spoken with manager several times over the past month to remind the owner, but he didn't seem interested. I would never recommend eating at this Subway or dealing with its staff.
Ordered steak sandwich with some veggies and jalapeños. Meat had a bone, and jalapeños were with bottom (not edible part)

I ordered two foot-long subs for pickup (reference number: ZM4NHZKBSV2FPP25). It was my first time ordering at this location, and I have to say, it was also the first time a Subway followed my order instructions exactly. The three employees working were very friendly, and I felt welcomed. I hadn’t added a tip online, so I planned to give them cash, but after ordering, I realized I was out of cash. I felt disappointed and a bit embarrassed. I really wish the Subway app had an option to add a tip afterward. I didn’t catch the names of the three employees, but I wanted to give a shout-out to these amazing employees for their great customer service!
