Can you see how many people have poor reviews? Its not a coincidence. Dirty old shop, poor customer service, they don't even speak good conversational English for when you have a complaint, and they won't serve you till 9:00pm they'll close early despite the misleading closing hours to ‘clean their dirty shop’. When I complained about this the poor English speaking attendant hung up on me. Save your money and go to Starbucks, they were nicer to me, cleaner, can conversant well, oh and they don't hang up on you.

my girlfriend went to the subway at 249 St Mary's to get us 2 subs. when she got there she was told that they would not accept our coupon. no explanation just that they wouldn't accept it. the coupons were delivered to us in our mailbox and we live less than a block away. never going back to this location again. maybe hire people that speak English and understand your policies. what a joke.

Well, looks like I might be boycotting the Subway at 249 St Mary's for a while.
We got some coupons in the mail for the Subway, so my spouse and I went down this evening to redeem some of the coupons.
I decided to redeem the two build your own footlongs for $15.99 coupon. When the cashier tried to scan the coupon, it didn't work. So she went to talk to the manager (who was off in a corner of the restaurant looking surly and letting his staff do all the work and take the brunt of my displeasure), and came back to tell us that some stores were not accepting the coupon, and that the manager would not make an exception.
I'm annoyed, because, of course, there was no way for us to know that, and it's my opinion that the manager should have honored the coupon. Either that, or there should have been some disclaimer written on the coupon booklet that not all coupons would be accepted at all stores.
The savings offered by the coupon were in actuality quite small, so I just paid for the subs and left, but otherwise they would have been left with two subs on their counter. I also didn't get the dozen cookies that I was planning to get, and I expressed to the staff member (who was trying to be as helpful as they could be) that their manager was a jerk and that I might decide not to come back.
So, just be aware, if you get some coupons for the Subway, they might not honor all the coupons at the 249 Saint Mary's location. Take your business elsewhere! ?

They sold me rock hard churros. I couldn't bite into them and they broke apart like a stick. The crunchy out coating wasn't bad, but the center was rock hard. I couldn't eat them.

I’ve been going to this subway for 10 years and it has seriously gone down hill, the veggies are brown and the guy refused to put more mayo and vegetables on my sub because it was against company policy. This has never once happened to me at any other subway and Is clearly the owners of the store implementing unethical policies to cut corners and save money. On top of that the bald guy who served was incredibly rude.
I will be driving an extra 5 mins to my next nearest subway from now on.

Went to this location to order a sub for the day. I needed it desperately for my lunch as my day was really tight. I showed up at 9:00 and waited 5 minutes after their “opening hours” stated.
