The store is always neat and clean. I often come here for my lunch, and the girl (Pawandeep kaur) working there knows my order so well that I don’t even have to say anything.It’s ready right away. It feels great and very special. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I had a great experience at this Subway location! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and patient while taking my order. They paid close attention to what I wanted and made my sandwich exactly the way I asked. The store itself was very clean.

I am very upset from the experience that I had with this store today. I order a rice bowl for pick up through their subway app about an hour ago as I was at work and had to pick it up in my break which is for limited time. When I arrived at the location, the store rep was so surprised when I asked for my order as they were not at all aware about it. Then upon checking with the other rep, they started making my order when I was there which took almost 15 minutes and took all of my lunch time. I was so disappointed as i could not have my food in my break.
Later when I had it, I noticed they didn’t even add the toppings that I requested, instead added toppings on their own. For instance, I requested cucumbers which weren’t there and instead there were corns in it which I don’t like at all.
The manager should look into their staff and what’s being done seriously as this was the worst experience!!

Went it there today and the person at the front desk couldn’t make a proper subway and do it nearly. Opened my sub and that thing just fell apart. What happened to the once great subway by st James man. I miss the old workers back!
