I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Subway location. The bread was so stale and dry that it was nearly impossible to eat, and the toppings were sparse at best. To make matters worse, the veggies were wilted and far from fresh. Even the cookies, which I usually look forward to, were rock hard. Overall, it was a frustrating and upsetting visit. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

This was the most horrible food I’ve ever had at a Subway and when I complained the owner was so focused on his staff training and working on training them better!!! He did nothing to make things right with the customer wow!!

Asked for gluten free. she proceeded to start without even wiping the counter, so i asked her. instead of getting a rag and soap, she used a dry napkin & then the napkin touched the paper that my sandwich was one. Further into it, she didn't use fresh ingredients nor bottles hence contaminating the entire thing. Last but not least, she puts my sandwich down, IN CRUMBS. Whether it is in paper or not, it defeats the entire purpose of gluten free and avoiding cross contamination. Never had such an incompetent experience with Subway until today at 11:15am.

Huge poor experience. Had to be charged extra for extra toppings on build your own sub menu.this whole subway series and build your own menus is a complete joke. It was way better with the original old menus and sub of the day. I suggest don't go here and avoid a headache of ordering. Especially when pepper is spilt in with the tomatoes and the lettuce is turning yellow. Also isn't this place allow free refills on drinks? I got yelled at for refilling my cup once and was asked to pay additional. Considering they were cheap with the toppings for build you own sub I deserve a refill for the price I paid. Napkins were not filled and toilet was backed up. Overall the food was ok but not impressed with everything else!!

Today I visited this location.Best sub I've had at a Subway in a long time. Fresh ingredients, very clean and Staff member is soo good. Her name is Harman who made my subway made it amazing, and it was properly closed, with no fillings coming out.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I went there yesterday at 6 pm and the girl named Manisha was very rude with me. Not even with me only but with her coworker as well. 0/5 for customer service.

Easily one of the worst subway locations I've ever been to. They literally threw ingredients into my sub, didn't listen to anything I asked for and left me with the most mangled inedible sandwich I've ever had. Look at all the recent reviews - they're ALL 1 star. This place is the worst. AVOID.

We ordered two footlong sub out of that one of the footlong on everything bread was bad and while eating bread crumps were falling down from it.This is not a quality we expect from the Subway.So it is my request to get compensation on it.
