Used to buy subs here, but today experience was really bad. My daughters wished to have a good experience, but staff just ruined it. Make them feel disappointed because staff refuse to cut some veggies before putting them on the sub. Not the first time we asked for this, the lady just didn't care about my daughter's feelings. Never come back again.

This Saturday 11/16/2024 I was on the subway with my husband, I was trying to see the sandwich menu on TV, but it didn't show the sandwiches so I asked the attendant Kamal if she had a printed paper menu, I apologized to her for my English because I'm new in town and I'm super shy to speak, he told me to access it through the QR code, while my husband and I were looking at the online menu, the employee Kamal and Palak looked at us and talked to each other mocking and laughing at us. I felt very embarrassed and bothered by the attitudes of both of them. For people who work with the public, they should have more respect for customers, I hope the management takes some action about Palak and Kamal's lack of respect, education and professionalism towards customers.

Awful service - very slow and lazy. Worst subway sandwich I’ve had in Winnipeg - they finished making my sub and started serving another customer instead of letting me pay for mine and leave. They took 20 minutes to get me my sandwich from when I lined up (only 2 people ahead of me) to the point I left. Subway should never take 20 minutes. Don’t go here, just go to another location, save your time.

My recent visit to the CF Polo location Subway was terrible. After eating their food, I ended up with severe food poisoning. Within hours of finishing my meal, I was nauseous and had stomach cramps that lasted for days. It was one of the worst food-related illnesses I've ever experienced. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact Subway to report the issue, I received no response. It was incredibly frustrating and showed a complete lack of concern for their customers' well-being. I will not be returning to Subway and strongly advise others to avoid this place to protect their health. Save yourself the trouble and find a safer, more reliable place to eat.

Worst subway i ever ate
I went to this location and the workers were busy gossiping first knowing it was busy. Secondly a team member was preparing sub was just throwing cheese into sub and then to containers as if she was rude.
Yikes! CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I had two subs made and the rude woman making it whispered to the cashier that I had a totally different sub made which costed so much more. Way to scam people!

I really love the food always when I came to cf I prefer this subway first as my one of the favourite location but unfortunately today I feel very bad because I ordered one foot long and one half italian herb it’s cost 8$ dollar but my food worth nearly 4$!!!! See how small the sub is totally wrost way to survive the customer and they were saying in front of us while making the subway that this is tooo small that training girl is good she served me in very polite manner but that girl which is taking orders she is not good enough because she knows that size is not good so she is responsible for our food misshapenThanks

The worst subway i have ever eaten the crispy chicken patty was hard, not properly cooked. When i told the employees they giving lame excuses not even asked me to make a new one not even for the refund. Half side of chicken was cooked half was uncooked.

Hats off to Anna, the fantastic store manager at Polo Park Subway! I recently enjoyed the Teryaki Crunch sub, and everything was unbelievably fresh. Anna's team's service is next-level, the place is spotless, making Subway the ultimate go-to spot with a touch of freshness! ??

Literally poor customer service . Went there on Jan 7th sunday and i was standing in the line at 5:50 the lady working there told me that she is not taking any orders after the one she was dealing with and that too in a very rude way. Please advise them to be polite with customers.
