I really love the food always when I came to cf I prefer this subway first as my one of the favourite location but unfortunately today I feel very bad because I ordered one foot long and one half italian herb it’s cost 8$ dollar but my food worth nearly 4$!!!! See how small the sub is totally wrost way to survive the customer and they were saying in front of us while making the subway that this is tooo small that training girl is good she served me in very polite manner but that girl which is taking orders she is not good enough because she knows that size is not good so she is responsible for our food misshapenThanks

The worst subway i have ever eaten the crispy chicken patty was hard, not properly cooked. When i told the employees they giving lame excuses not even asked me to make a new one not even for the refund. Half side of chicken was cooked half was uncooked.

Hats off to Anna, the fantastic store manager at Polo Park Subway! I recently enjoyed the Teryaki Crunch sub, and everything was unbelievably fresh. Anna's team's service is next-level, the place is spotless, making Subway the ultimate go-to spot with a touch of freshness! ??
Literally poor customer service . Went there on Jan 7th sunday and i was standing in the line at 5:50 the lady working there told me that she is not taking any orders after the one she was dealing with and that too in a very rude way. Please advise them to be polite with customers.

I had a great experience at this location several times. Anna helped me out with my order and delivered great customer service to me. I see few comments about Anna not being professional, in my opinion one bad experience doesn’t take over all the good customer service experiences. I would highly recommend this location for their great service and food. Hope to visit soon.

Probably the worst sub I’ve seen created. Highly recommend people to avoid this location.I’ll start off with the person preparing the sub. I’m not sure if there is a sink in the back of the store, but she came out and put gloves on without washing her hands at the sink.When preparing the sub, she pre-cut the bread in half prior to placing all the ingredients. I recall in the past that the sub is cut in half after all the ingredients are placed to avoid meats and such from slipping out.Next, she completely flattened the bread punching it down flat and removing any fluffiness the bread once had. I have never seen that done before. Might as well of ordered a flat bread.Cheese was placed sloppily. The lettuce looked to have been out a while as it was all started to brown, the tomatoes and cucumber looked to also be out for a while as they looked dry. This was concerning because it was 11am on a Saturday morning.We asked for the subs to go, the checkout person just placed the bags on the tray. Past experiences workers were always placing the subs into the bags.At the end of it all I tried to eat the sub, but again, the bread was precut in half except for the bottom half. The sub was made so poorly and sloppy that it was a mess and difficult to eat. Added a photo of the sub on how messy it was made and how the precut bread was only cut on top and the contents not being cut with this process.Highly recommend people to avoid this location as it seems like management doesn’t seem to follow procedures or manage their team to follow procedures.

worst serviceI ask for steak egg and never get egg in the morning I believe ANNA is a manager overe their when i talked to her about this and she was very rude , she don’t have etiquette how to talk to customers its look like she avoids taking customers . I like their staff members I haven’t seen a girl over their maybe her name is navpreet she always happy to help customers , I know her for so long she’s very nice.but their manager is not good she should be fired CREEPY ANNA
They hired me for full time and told me we will give you 35 hour not less than that but when my store manager went to india. Anna became our assistant manager and she never gave me more than 26 hours even when i tried to talk about my hours she said everyone has a problem with you. Even i was too friendly with mg co workers. She always sits on chair at the back and never helps staff even when store gets busy.

Anna Bajaj the worst manager I ever seen. The management is also weak and biased. The day you raise your voice against right or wrong. Next day you have to end up with quitting your job. she wasn’t wearing hairnet, baking peanut cookies and other cookies in same tray, didn’t even wear gloves on the back room , never change the food containers, saying customers we were out of eggs in the morning, not coming on time at work. Telling employees five minutes before work it’s not busy don’t start work. Each and Everything on the cameras but the management don’t wanna see it because they hardly have that only one manager. The employee from last four years without any serious complaints from anyone and the manager from last 4 months with million of serious complaints. ???
