I had to come on here and write a review because I was so impressed with the service I just received at Subway. Harman was incredibly quick and efficient, I was genuinely amazed. I’ve never seen anybody make sandwiches so fast! She has such a kind demeanor as well. And I’m grateful that she labelled my subs (which isn’t usually the case for me!)

Good job Harman, you are so awesome.

The worker name as Joanna was so rude and arrogant I asked her so nicely that if she could put my subway on grill to bind it together at first she rolled eyes on us and then this is what we get after. you better work on your customer service skills Girl. We pay you to get our food and this is not what we deserve after spending $15

I’ve been to different subways (and other eating places) and I’ve never been, in my lifetime, received such service from a team member like I have. Taylor is super duper awesome and amazing! I’ll never look at customer service the same way, as she set a very high standard! She’s very accommodating, a great problem-solver with my issue/error, understanding, and was willing to go out of her way to just provide me with a wonderful experience (which I did). She should get a raise! My faith in Subway has been restored! Thank you Taylor!

After a tiring long day, a footlong Sandwhich was a MUST. Besides having really tasty food, we experienced a unusual type of customer service that is not expected for something that is a quick and go kind of atmosphere. My friend and I received a very welcoming customer service that hit all the check marks to making a visit memorable by a young gentleman named Peyton. Very genuine interaction and seemed very polite. Consider promoting this gentleman, I’m sure he’ll do great to ensure that all future guest/customers receive the same experience. Found my new “go-to” location for Subway. Thanks Peyton!

I forgot my purse and phoned to say I was going to pick it up. I went straight to the till because I wasn’t getting a sub… just my purse. The lady making the subs very rudely told me I had to wait. However, the lady at the till was not taking customers as subs weren’t done being made and so I asked if she would get it instead, the other lady again, with a loud voice, said that I had to wait.

I waited for about 10 minutes for everyone’s orders to be done. The lady who yelled at me got my bag in the back within 20 seconds.

I just feel like this was super unnecessary and that she was on some sort of power trip. I just felt she was very rude for absolutely nothing.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I made an online order for pickup and I came a few minutes after I was notified my order was ready and it wasn’t there. Apparently someone took it and they were like, “you already took it.” And then it took them an extra 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches without anyone compensation for wasting my time.
