I forgot my purse and phoned to say I was going to pick it up. I went straight to the till because I wasn’t getting a sub… just my purse. The lady making the subs very rudely told me I had to wait. However, the lady at the till was not taking customers as subs weren’t done being made and so I asked if she would get it instead, the other lady again, with a loud voice, said that I had to wait.

I waited for about 10 minutes for everyone’s orders to be done. The lady who yelled at me got my bag in the back within 20 seconds.

I just feel like this was super unnecessary and that she was on some sort of power trip. I just felt she was very rude for absolutely nothing.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I made an online order for pickup and I came a few minutes after I was notified my order was ready and it wasn’t there. Apparently someone took it and they were like, “you already took it.” And then it took them an extra 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches without anyone compensation for wasting my time.

I had a great experience at Subway today! The staff was friendly and quick, and the sandwich was fresh and delicious. I love how customizable everything is, and they made my meal exactly how I wanted it. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a satisfying meal!

Got a $12 steak and avocado wrap (from the menu) and was told it's 2$ more for avocado now, she put a tiny amount of steak and vegetables I'm blown away that they ask $12 before tax for less fillings than a 6" sub I regret walking into this establishment

I had a coupon for 3 create your own and they didn’t take it as she punched it in as a series but I didn’t even order any series and the worker was very pushy and rude I’ve never had an experience like this and I love subway so very disappointed in this

I have been to this location a lot of times before and I never had an extraordinary experience and it seemed like a normal subway location to me most of the time or even below that in terms of customer service and cleanliness or the sandwich making style in general but surprisingly this time I was attended by a subway sandwich artist named “Taranjeet” if I read right and he was very very polite and dedicated towards his job and greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. Not only he has exceptional customer service skills but he also made the sandwich I ordered to it’s perfection as well as the two steak ? avocado ? bowls. Overall a very delicious sandwich and the bowls alongwith excellent customer service. So thank you for that!

I went today to grant subway as Erin told me 1 subway was on her but she dosen't work there anymore and I was not aware.Well that dosen't mean the new manager Carol becomes sooooo dam rude to me wen I go there and insults me, yelling at me over the phone and said that I should deal with you directly which I am.Well I am waiting for my money asap. Keep polite people like Erin at subways so that it dosen't hurt people the way they are treated in these 2 locations, She could have spoken to me politely as I didn't go there to beg and also as I am waiting for my refund she could be nice and hope she learns some manners to talk to pple and treat them with due respect. The staff there also mentioned that Carol is very rude to everyone.This irrational and rude behavior is going really above and beyond, if can get someone nice to proceed above you all i will really appreciate it. I don't deserve this just for blowing my money at your subway location and not getting my refund back till date and instead getting put down at the grant location too. She dosen't even respect Erin.Tanya Dyck.

Deceptive menu and staff mislead you to believe that the "Subway Series" are the only ones available - which are almost double the price of the classic subs.Just terrible service, better to just order online and pick it up rather than deal with the staff.

Store looks clean. It wasn’t busy. However, I only have a finite amount of time for my lunch break. The staff need to be a little more enthusiastic. They need to pick up the pace. Other than that it is a typical SUBWAY Restaurant.
