I had a coupon for 3 create your own and they didn’t take it as she punched it in as a series but I didn’t even order any series and the worker was very pushy and rude I’ve never had an experience like this and I love subway so very disappointed in this

I went today to grant subway as Erin told me 1 subway was on her but she dosen't work there anymore and I was not aware.Well that dosen't mean the new manager Carol becomes sooooo dam rude to me wen I go there and insults me, yelling at me over the phone and said that I should deal with you directly which I am.Well I am waiting for my money asap. Keep polite people like Erin at subways so that it dosen't hurt people the way they are treated in these 2 locations, She could have spoken to me politely as I didn't go there to beg and also as I am waiting for my refund she could be nice and hope she learns some manners to talk to pple and treat them with due respect. The staff there also mentioned that Carol is very rude to everyone.This irrational and rude behavior is going really above and beyond, if can get someone nice to proceed above you all i will really appreciate it. I don't deserve this just for blowing my money at your subway location and not getting my refund back till date and instead getting put down at the grant location too. She dosen't even respect Erin.Tanya Dyck.

Deceptive menu and staff mislead you to believe that the "Subway Series" are the only ones available - which are almost double the price of the classic subs.Just terrible service, better to just order online and pick it up rather than deal with the staff.

Store looks clean. It wasn’t busy. However, I only have a finite amount of time for my lunch break. The staff need to be a little more enthusiastic. They need to pick up the pace. Other than that it is a typical SUBWAY Restaurant.

If you want selection, this is not the subway too go to. They are always out of bread. How are you always out of bread when you make your own bread? Poorly managed. Needs a rework.

Idk how to say .! I came here every time but today the lady (Indian )who works around 8:00pm made my worse sub. If she don’t wanna work she can leave her shift. But at-least do her job properly .Sub was not properly cut, sauce was just in the front rudely made . I was like ok girl. I want the shift manager should take some actions.

Worst subway ever. The way they treat people or make the sandwiches feels like they are giving it for free. Only 2 Jalapeños, 2 piece onions, little bit squeeze of sauce (invisible sauce). We are paying for the sandwich $10 is alot. I could make a far better sandwich with more ingredients than a subway, that too under $10 ofcourse. For God's sake stop robbing people. I wish could give them negative numbers.
