Such false advertising, who gets a steak and cheese and they give you less than a teaspoon of cheese! Ask for extra, she states that it’s an extra charge for another teaspoon of cheese that’s crazy.
Got the foot-long nachos this is what the picture shows. This is what I got very disappointing. It is one of the small Dorito bags that they put on a foot-long. And I use the wording upgrade your combo for just two dollars on the invoice shows five dollars and change subway you need to change your stupid ways. The employee was very understandable so don’t rush on the employee. It’s your company or your owner grow up stick and cheese you must have cheese, not a teaspoon.

I had ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong. There was no chicken on the other side. I normally do a pick up except this one time as I was sick. When I called and complained, they turned it on me saying that I might have taken it off. Pathetic customer service. In this state of health, I had to go through the hassle of taking the sandwich to the store for proof. The owner is extremely discourteous, said he was not interested in a conversation and is getting another one made for me, but what about the pain and the harassment I had to go through. From the owner to the staff, everyone needs proper education in customer dealing
