the new girl in the black bandana doesn't even try, she has the personality of a piece of bread and acts like she's at gun point when making a sandwich and it's constantly sloppy and she won't get new lettuce out and what not. just bad since she showed up.

They bring out bread from the back that's frozen and put it the microwave and tried to sell that to me. When they do that it turns rock hard when it starts cooling.

Terrible it's 1245 on a Wednesday and you have no lettuce. I know how yourncontract works with sysco. Your staff is clearly bot doing a proper close up to know what inventory you have. Will never come back again.

After the door dash delivery driver mistakenly brought my sub to the wrong address, I reordered and received an incorrect order. Despite emailing Subway twice for a refund and calling the restaurant several times, I was met with resistance and was told to contact DoorDash instead. I will never order from Subway again due to their poor service and lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

One guy working, and it took over 40 minutes to come and get 1 sub. With 2 people ahead, skip orders were more important! Please hire more staff, and the people standing in line should be helped before skip orders are sent out. We shouldn’t be standing there watching you make others subs. Shouldn’t take 40 minutes with only 3 people in line.

The food was delicious. The sandwich I got had delicious bread and the people working here were very nice. This Subway even had pictures on the wall whom I don't see in other Subway restaurants. What's to complain about at this Subway?

Parking: We found a spot quickly and had a few spots empty, very convenient.

Awesome services with great team, especially the turban guy and one more with him. Both helped me make my Sub exceptionally tasty.Much suggested subway store.Clean environment, prompt service and tasty sandwich. Always serves fresh bread with right amount of sauce and veggies.Choco chunk and Reese's peanut were fresh and aromatic.Place is easy to access as well, next to shoppers drug Mart

Very poor service from all staff members. Especially when dealing with the female in the photo. They did not have their name tags present and would not share their names so this was my last option.They claimed to not know their owner/managers name as well so I have inconveniently been forced to hunt that down only to make a lousy complaint on a job that you applied to do.It was normal interaction until I requested extra mayo, The mayo tube was very low and almost empty but I requested extra and she simply did not want to grab another tube??The man working with her was not much help also and just stared into the abyss when spoken too. He kept hiding when I was requesting any kind of helpful information.I ended up leaving my mayo less sub and drove to another location.1820 main and the same thing happened, mayo was low, I requested more and only this time, the employee simply turned around to the fridge and grabbed another mayo bottle and made the sub with extra mayo, so at least someone can do their job.

I come to this Subway as it is close to my work. The bread and cookies are NOT fresh and taste old and stale. I asked for a fountain drink and they charged me for a bottle. They then tried to say they were the same price (they are not). I will not be coming back to this location again!
