I rarely write reviews, but this experience was too terrible to ignore. From the moment me and my friends were placing order
• Staff team member named navneet was very rude we were trying to change ingredients and she was not happy at all and placing toppings harshly. She looked mad. This is professional field and no matter what’s going on in your life you should be professional and friendly. Never gonna visit this place and don’t recommend this type of customer service. We were there on 19th may around 2:30 pm.
Worst service ever, very rude staff, terrible service, they need to learn the customer service skills.
She just threw my food in-front of me like she is giving it for free.

I've never been to a subway that puts less on a sandwich. The owner has clearly told employees to save money, and this place will give you the bare minimum. There is another subway around the corner (900 St James St) which is SO much better. Go there instead.

poor customer service, the lady that assisted us seemed mad with whatever. she was unapproachable so i was too stunned to speak, my aunt even helped me order but she also received a bad tone like "im not done with the first order, you want all vegetables right?". it was our first store visit and probably the last. should have gone to mcdonalds instead.

I have consistently experienced poor service at this location, but today's visit prompted me to finally write a review.
The staff here always seem upset, which makes me wonder if management is treating them poorly. Today, I visited with a Subway coupon offering $4 off. I showed it before ordering, but at the till, their scanner wasn't working. The cashier simply said it wasn't working and refused to adjust the price manually. After a long wait, she eventually offered $3 off, which I accepted, but her unwillingness to assist was very disappointing.
This incident caused a significant delay, and I felt bad for the large line that formed behind me. I visited on July 14th at 12:30 PM. I would recommend choosing another Subway location to avoid such hassles, as this one consistently fails to provide satisfactory service.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the underlying issues causing such poor customer experiences.

I asked for shawarma chicken bowel. When the employee was puting the chicken in the heating container, the scoop was half empty and then I asked to fill the scoop. Now the employee says that it's by the weight of the chicken not the actual size of the scoop. Now the question is how did she managed to weigh the chicken without the weighing machine. This was so stupid, I didn't want to argue with her. I paid $13 for a rice bowl with sprinkles of chicken on the top.
