Some of the staff members really mess up the sub every time. Not putting enough veggies is most common. I mean who are you saving for? They take benefit of the students by giving less.

I shouldn't even be putting a star at all... Been ordering sub here for so many years. but the cashier staff for the first time I had to experience such awful costumer service. she is so terrible unfriendly and will argue with you. She made me pay 2 orders that i didn't even order. She didn't even provide receipt on the orders . Terrible service. Rude staff

My friend and I stopped by here… we weren’t talking when we went in. She goes in and orders cookies and I said I wanted cookies too! So… she orders cookies and she gets her cookies. Then I order after.. I order cookies but she made me pay first!! I asked why I had to pay first and she didn’t make my friend pay first. I think race had something to do with it. In my mind she probably thought I had no money. My friend is fully Caucasian. Anyways… the point is she didn’t make her pay first before she got her cookies. Also!!!’ On top of that!!!! She missed one cookie! I came home to 11 cookies not 12!

Very bad service even they can’t wrap the sandwich separately as we are paying to them. There is a punjabi girl working there and she said there’s a rule not to pack the sandwich separately, me also works on subway but there’s no rule like this. I just feel that i have wasted my time as well as money by visiting there because they donot know how to treat their customers.

Been getting the same order for probably 13 years, and yet today one of the workers managed to give me one so bad it almost convinced me to not eat subway anymore. Barely any lettuce, put nothing in the middle, bread was hard and stale. Actually so embarrassing. Sad.

Worst subway ever in Winnipeg. Terrible customer service by the manager. Argues with the choices of sauce we like and worst attitude with my friend. Pushed our food aside after paying. But the other employees are very kind.

I was here Jan. 1. It was 4 pm and the short staff woman was telling me they were closing. I had bought a coffee and cookie a while back. Door said 6 pm. Another customer walked in, said nothing to him. After, I went to the washroom and the man staff kept knocking on the door, but not to another customers. Harassing me. I never did anything here. Stay away from here. Save your money. Save your dignity.
