I used to really enjoy this Subway the staff were always friendly, and the sandwiches were well-made with generous vegetables and sauces.

But over the past month or two, my experience has changed whenever one staff member, Gagan, prepares my order. On three different visits, the sandwiches were poorly prepared: very few vegetables, missing some I asked for, and almost no sauces or flavor.

Today was one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. Today’s sandwich had very little vegetables and barely any sauce — almost no taste at all. I was really disappointed, especially because I’m paying full price.

I hope management can look into this because this location used to be one of my favorites, and I would love to see the quality return to what it was before.

I just had an subway and it was clearly not a great. It was very cold and not tosted properly. They refused to add extra toppings on it. I had subway at many different places in the city but never refused to get extra sauce or toppings.

I’ve been to dozens of subways and never had a worse experience. I ordered online with a promotion to get a free cookie, when I got there they told me I needed to select a specific cookie and refused to give me one and asked me to pay for it. They got my order wrong forgetting multiple toppings and when I told them this, they took the sub back from me and added toppings missed and refused to add more of other toppings that were light, never had someone refuse to add toppings before…? Choose literally any other subway.

In all my years of going to Subway, I've never had the sandwich maker cut my footlong in half BEFORE putting on the toppings. I asked why she did that, and she insisted that that is how they do it.

It was messier, and not as much toppings ended up on the sandwich.

Keep your eyes peeled, and STOP her before she makes that cut!

To her credit, she was nice. But I think the manager should tell the employees not to cut the sandwich in half until the sandwich is made.

One employee gets kinda annoyed if you don't give her a tip the place smells bad but they are OK at preparing food and good at following your requested portions sizes

Some of the staff members really mess up the sub every time. Not putting enough veggies is most common. I mean who are you saving for? They take benefit of the students by giving less.

I shouldn't even be putting a star at all...
Been ordering sub here for so many years. but the cashier staff for the first time I had to experience such awful costumer service. she is so terrible unfriendly and will argue with you. She made me pay 2 orders that i didn't even order. She didn't even provide receipt on the orders . Terrible service. Rude staff

My friend and I stopped by here… we weren’t talking when we went in. She goes in and orders cookies and I said I wanted cookies too! So… she orders cookies and she gets her cookies. Then I order after.. I order cookies but she made me pay first!! I asked why I had to pay first and she didn’t make my friend pay first. I think race had something to do with it. In my mind she probably thought I had no money. My friend is fully Caucasian. Anyways… the point is she didn’t make her pay first before she got her cookies. Also!!!’ On top of that!!!! She missed one cookie! I came home to 11 cookies not 12!
