Have gave them plenty of chances and kind of tested them multiple times too, one thing I have noticed with them is that they treat their fellow Indian customers badly as they have on multiple occasions missed out on putting in cheese slices, or not adding enough veggies, etc.( Skimping out on ingredients basically). Sad part is that I only have them as a quick option as it’s near my workplace.

Most ignorant manager i have ever dealt with. I called to confirm it's location I wanted to order online and staff said yes was deacons corner so I placed online order got to deacons and they said it happens often but I had to pay again or drive 50 minutes to pick up at dugald road. The manager at deacons called and tried to help but the staff at dugalds would offer no help in any way. Called next day several times to talk to manager and Sheila's such a horrible manager I said forget it she basically called me a liar even when I said I had screenshot of the call confirming location. Bad bad service and subway should do better.

Very nice guy helped me out after I realized my bank card was suspended, meanwhile the male employee is getting mad at me saying I waisted his time? No one else even in the restaurant!

Staff here are great, they manage to get you in and out in no time even during the lunch rush. Food is pretty standard subway food, I've never had a complaint.

I like this place, it’s amazing and delicious, there’s a queue only at peak times such as lunch and evening, but in general the service is always fast and I never waited more than 7 minutes at most!!! Here you assemble your own sandwich and they serve you whatever you order, etc.! I recommend!
