Walked into Subway at 4:30 Sunday night. Stood in there for 5 minutes and it seemed like no one was there. I was so tempted to go behind the back and make my own subway lol was very disappointed. I even called out “hello?” Several times and no one came out. I was looking forward to having a subway so I’m not very keen to go back to this shop in case this happens again, just a waste of time.

April 27 at 6pm I Went for a meatball sub the guy who was East Indian kept telling me he’s wearing gloves . I said ok good for you ! Then when my food was toasting he was wiping off dust from the counters with the same gloves . I was like ok I let it go …. Then when I’m paying he’s using the same gloves on the till and then he forgets my sub so he opens my sub up with the dirty till gloves and rubs his fingers inside it until he saw a meat ball . Unreal - I think the guy does not understand English and needs better training-

Called in to order my veggies on the side so I can take it to work the next day. Girl didn’t even listen and hung up on me saying ok bye. Then I called and complained since someone else picked up for me. I asked for a replacement since they made my COLD CUT into a salad no bread (& with no fork I might add) and told me it was my mistake and her manager couldn’t replace it even tho he wasn’t in the restaurant. Then I asked for her name so I could call when the manger was there and she said “yeah sure” hung up on me. I called twice and they just listened to see if it was me and would hang up.

The service was so friendly! Very fast too. This is probably the cleanest subway I’ve ever been to. Lovely staff and delicious sub!

Just went in for my lunch break to get soup straight out of the fridge, like girl walks to the back and gives me barely a portion. So I said, hey if you’re gonna give me cold soup from the fridge at least load it up?? ROLLED her eyes as if I was the problem. Gross location, even grosser workers. Please take some pride in your food, the prices are already horrible. Thanks for making my day horrible, wish I got a refund.

I placed an order through the Subway app (C81BOD13-08), and it says it was delivered, but I never received it. I contacted support, and they told me to reach out to DoorDash. DoorDash then told me to contact Subway directly for a refund. However, after this, Subway stopped answering my calls.

This is unacceptable. I paid for a service that was not fulfilled, and now I’m being passed back and forth with no resolution. I demand a full refund immediately!!! Extremely disappointed with this experience😡

My store ordered 18 catering boxes on Boxing Day for our staff. The overall experience was amazing, the staff were polite & friendly with both pickups. The whole store loved the subs that were prepared.
The online ordering was a little tough and I wish there were more customizable options online, nothing the store could do to change that.
Highly recommend and will most definitely be ordering from again!

I had a great experience at Subway thanks to a friendly boy, around 19, from India. He helped me quickly create the perfect chicken sub and offered great suggestions. Despite the rush, he was fast, efficient, and served with a smile. His excellent service made my day. Much appreciated!

Bad experience. went there with coupon which said $3 off for footlong but she denied to take the coupon from the flipp, then after having discussion she was ready to use or apply the coupon but they charged me regular price for the 2 subways, i dont know why subway is giving the coupons then

I went to the store at 9:53 pm and the employee was so rude didn’t even said i am ready to take your order she just started to stare at me, is this the customer service??? The store is open till 10:00pm and also i was out of the store at 9:58 before closing time, if you dont want to serve people at 9:53 plz put the closing sign but just dont be rude and make customer realize why we came to your store, The owner of the store should teach this to their employees or else just put the closed sign if your employee just have to make weird and angry faces to see customers walking in.

Would I go back no and my reason why I am not going back to subway i felt sick after eating eating from their super sick lots of diarrhea and cheap but what ever they put in the food if it chemicals or what not good when i had my sub looked clean and fresh tasted great but after this experience nope no thanks I am not going back
