Friendly service. Always delicious sandwiches though we are shocked by house much prices have increased over the last several years. Not really family friendly pricing. We have 4 kids and never eat here as a family as it would cost a small fortune for 6 sandwiches, cookies, and drinks. Hubby and I shared one $18+ sandwich on this visit. We used to go here a lot when it was cheaper.

I went to order footlong at 2.30 am on subway and its shows 24 hours open but I had to Oder through window. I was describing my food how to make it at that time the guy who is taking order asked me to pay through subway app and Thn he was started making my footlong kind of in a shady area so that I can’t see. After taking that food to my home I saw that he puts lots of lettuce that it was half covered by that. Even I felt the bread was also old one. Very unexpected and surprising experience I had and food as well.

I eat here pretty often and while I like the food, and normally its all fine, ive noticed i don't think some of the workers are really following health food and safety guidelines as much as they should

Don’t order the steak and cheese here they added maybe 5 pieces of steak and said it costs more for more than half a scoop.

The cleanest subway i ever seen, me and my father in law were impressed just by the interior. Service was excellent, feel bad that i forgot the employees name, her attitude was extremely nice, smiling all the time and she knows her job, perfect service, food is tasty, atmosphere is awesome. On Sep 7/24 we attended at Dakota & St Mary in Winnipeg and asked for a Gluten sandwich due to allergy. The server grabbed a paper with her gloves from a previous order and got snarky when we asked her to change the paper. She didn't, and put the gluten free bun on it. She got angry when we asked for a new paper and a new bun because she had contaminated both. Another server was called from the back room because she was so irritated by our request. Better training & customer service is required at this location! This was my first visit at the Dakota/St. Mary Subway. I will never be a Subway customer again, anywhere!!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy. Subway, you've lost my business!!

On August 7/24 I ordered subs for a family dinner and they were prepared by a fellow by the name of Labana. He was so friendly, so prompt, and made the sandwiches with a lot of care. He clearly took pride in his work and aimed to make my visit to the restaurant a good one. The place was very clean, the ingredients were fresh, the service was excellent and the food was great! This individual exceeded my expectations at a time when other people in the food service industry are not always engaged or as professional and friendly as he is. I’m not sure if he is the manager but he should be! Great experience and I will be a repeat customer!
