I always have a great experience at this Subway thanks to Richa! They’re super friendly, quick, and make the best subs every time. You can really tell they care about their work and the customers. The store is always clean and well-stocked, and the service is consistently top-notch.

Ginny was awesome by far the best sandwich maker I’ve ever seen! 2am and he still had a smile on his face and made sure our meals were prepared with love and care! 10/10 to this subway and their number 1 employee Ginny!

I usually enjoy visiting this Subway location. On our first visit, we were helped by a gentleman who was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The food was great, and the service left a really good impression.
However, during our second visit, we were very disappointed with the service we received from an employee named Prableen. From the beginning, she seemed irritated and treated us with unnecessary attitude. Every time we politely asked for something, she made faces and acted as if we were bothering her. It felt very uncomfortable, and her behavior was far from welcoming.
We ordered the exact same thing as last time, but this experience was completely different because of her attitude. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect — unfortunately, that was not shown at all.
I hope management addresses this, because no one deserves to be treated this way, especially when simply placing a normal order.

The AC has been out for weeks at your [2075 b pembina] store, and the employees are clearly suffering in this heat. It’s not just uncomfortable – it’s unsafe. Please prioritize fixing this as soon as possible.
I was there today for my order and there was few customers before me and waited for 10 minutes,,, and the heat was killing me but two girls was working there. I don’t know how they are working in that heat. I salute to them.
If the manager and the subway owner can’t fix the ac they should compensate to there employees.
