Ordered from doordash, 2 footlong subs, only 2 small pieces of chicken in footlong chicken teriyaki sub and very less veggies in veggie sub

I usually enjoy visiting this Subway location. On our first visit, we were helped by a gentleman who was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The food was great, and the service left a really good impression.

However, during our second visit, we were very disappointed with the service we received from an employee named Prableen. From the beginning, she seemed irritated and treated us with unnecessary attitude. Every time we politely asked for something, she made faces and acted as if we were bothering her. It felt very uncomfortable, and her behavior was far from welcoming.

We ordered the exact same thing as last time, but this experience was completely different because of her attitude. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect — unfortunately, that was not shown at all.

I hope management addresses this, because no one deserves to be treated this way, especially when simply placing a normal order.

The AC has been out for weeks at your [2075 b pembina] store, and the employees are clearly suffering in this heat. It’s not just uncomfortable – it’s unsafe. Please prioritize fixing this as soon as possible.
I was there today for my order and there was few customers before me and waited for 10 minutes,,, and the heat was killing me but two girls was working there. I don’t know how they are working in that heat. I salute to them.
If the manager and the subway owner can’t fix the ac they should compensate to there employees.

We visit this Subway regularly and always enjoy the fresh food and friendly service, but it's really disappointing to see that the air conditioning hasn’t been working for the past 3 to 4 weeks. The restaurant gets extremely hot, especially with the ovens and toasters running all day, and it’s clearly very uncomfortable for the hardworking staff. Even as customers, it feels too warm, so we truly feel for the employees who have to work in such tough conditions. We hope the management takes this issue seriously and fixes the AC soon—not just for the comfort of customers, but especially for the well-being of the team.

This Subway location is one of the few places open around midnight in the area, which is definitely convenient for late-night cravings. However, I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. Unfortunately, the experience with one of the staff members—particularly a Punjabi gentleman who often works late-night shifts—was not pleasant. He appeared rude and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable.

I want to emphasize that this is not a reflection of the entire Indian or Asian community, as I’ve had wonderful experiences with many hardworking and respectful individuals from these backgrounds. However, the attitude of one employee can negatively affect how people perceive the whole team, and that’s unfortunate.

I urge Subway management to provide proper training and guidance to all staff to ensure every customer is treated with kindness and respect—especially during late hours when people are tired and just looking for a quick, friendly service.

Let’s work toward better service and a more welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

In an attempt to smooth things over, I offered a tip, but they refused it in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This level of service is unacceptable—please strive to improve.

"I ordered 2 veggie patties through Subway's online platform and clearly mentioned in the instructions that I wanted them grilled. Unfortunately, the patties I received were not grilled as requested. This was disappointing because I took the time to specify my preferences. I expect better attention to detail, especially when customers provide clear instructions. Please ensure such mistakes are avoided in the future to improve the overall customer experience."

The staff took a moment to come forward to greet me. But that is fine. The staff has to prep the food. Not a issue. The floor title is damaged, and that is concerning as it could be a tripping hazard. Otherwise, this location is nice. Friendly staff. Many options to choose from. The prices are fair.

Rubbish food. Better food out there that won't give you food poisoning and diarrhea. Hopefully they don't spit in the food. Save your money
