The customer service here is extremely disappointing. The employees are unnecessarily rude and consistently display a negative attitude. In an attempt to smooth things over, I offered a tip, but they refused it in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This level of service is unacceptable—please strive to improve.

"I ordered 2 veggie patties through Subway's online platform and clearly mentioned in the instructions that I wanted them grilled. Unfortunately, the patties I received were not grilled as requested. This was disappointing because I took the time to specify my preferences. I expect better attention to detail, especially when customers provide clear instructions. Please ensure such mistakes are avoided in the future to improve the overall customer experience."

The staff took a moment to come forward to greet me. But that is fine. The staff has to prep the food. Not a issue. The floor title is damaged, and that is concerning as it could be a tripping hazard. Otherwise, this location is nice. Friendly staff. Many options to choose from. The prices are fair.

I told them to grill my flat bread footlong and they said that it cant be grill. Also, I wanted to try new red velvet cookie and first they said it is not available. And when I asked them of you can make it. They told it would take 20 mins. I agreed and waited for 20 mins while I was eating and K went to them after 20 mins they didn’t put it kn oven till then. And a lady staff was making faces when I asked them to cook it.

I recently visited Subway at 2075 Pembina and had a wonderful experience. The employee, Anmolreet, who assisted me provided exceptional service and made me feel very welcome. She was polite, professional, and attentive to my needs.
Additionally, the store was exceptionally clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Given the outstanding performance, I believe she deserves recognition from the company. I highly recommend considering her for a reward as a token of appreciation for her hard work and dedication. Her professionalism truly enhances the Subway experience. 👏 👏

No sense of greeting customers, showing attitude to the customers, even they had AirPods while attending the customers and how we can suppose they are listening to us and not giving enough food even after paying . I request to the manager to give proper training to your staff at least they should know how to greet customers in the absence of management.

Ordered one 6 inch sub and a footlong from this location. I had an awful experience.. I wrote brief instructions for my order but they didn’t even meet a single one. Bread was wrong , sandwich was not grilled , there was no cheese.
