Earlier today, we ordered three subs for lunch from Waverly and unfortunately, the order was mishandled in several ways:
The breads were mixed up between sandwiches The club sandwich wasn’t toasted as requested The steak sub was missing the double cheese we paid for The club sandwich was missing bacon The club sandwich wasn't toasted as requested
I contacted the location directly to raise these concerns and was met with resistance. The staff disputed the preparation details and ultimately told me there was nothing they could do, suggesting I “Google someone to complain to.” I offered to send photos of the un-toasted subs and missing ingredients, but they were dismissive.
Will never visit this location again

Ordered 3 12 inches sandwiches online they came almost meatless, hardly any meat on it, turkey, stake and chess, chicken teriyaki. have been to the other subways and did not experience this.

Impressed by the gurl working in evenings ( Tarin or taren )( didn’t see name tag properly) handling everything alone yet super fast and smiling to everyone. I see this gurl often working there and super nice . She got my sandwich ready within literally one minute. One of the best Subways .

I’ve been a loyal customer for over four and a half years—but this visit was hands down the worst experience ever. We placed an online order at 12:10 PM and arrived just a minute later to pick it up. The sandwich had been prepared in advance, but when we politely asked for sauces to be added, the server was abruptly rude, dismissive, and started ignoring us entirely. We requested a remake, since the sandwich clearly didn’t meet our needs, and were shocked by her aggressive refusal. Customer customization is the expectation in the food industry, yet she refused to accommodate even a basic request. During the conversation , none of the staff wore name tags; when asked for her name, she flatly said, “I’m not giving my name. Do whatever you want.” That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
On the positive side, the employee with glasses was silent but polite—but that's not nearly enough to make up for the confrontation. After years of consistently good experiences, this one felt like a total disrespect of customer loyalty and service standards.It’s a shame, because the owner—a Gujarati gentleman we’ve met before—has always been extremely friendly. My hope is that he sees this and takes steps to train or replace staff so that customers aren’t treated with such disregard in the future.

I visit the Subway on Waverley regularly, and the service is always excellent. Tarran and Pavneet are always super friendly and greet me with a smile. They make sure my order is perfect, and when I call ahead to order, they always remember what I like. Highly recommend this location!Thanks girls!

The woman who served me my submarine was rude and arrogant I will not be returning.
One of those subways that only has one person working at a time. No point in coming here if you can't get your food quickly.
