Horrible experience, and this isn't the first time. I forsure now, will not be back. The staff are extremely unpleasant. Rude, and not personable at all. Gluten free bread crumbles at the tip of your fingertips. Couldn't even eat the sub. Had to literally scoop the sub toppings with my bare hands into a bowl that they tried to charge me for. What a complete waste of my time, money, and energy.

I visit this location often. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have also ordered for catering events and the food is well received - fresh and delicious. Plus the prices are very reasonable.

Dang I use like their beef barley soup😳😩very watered down. Female staff was very unfriendly she was too busy taking pictures of the debt machine kinda scary!!! A scammer in the making!! Was there around 14:00hrs soup was luke warm

Not sure why, but the lady making our sub was rushing as if there was a fire to be put out, and there was nobody even waiting behind us. This made for next to no toppings on my sub which is why I think she was doing it, thinking we wouldn't notice so little toppings being added. I also didn't appreciate the dirty looks, stares and whispering that went on by the employees when I would go for a refill on my drink. I never liked this Subway because of the employees and thought to give it a second try, but today's experience validated that we won't be ever going back.

Ordered a Mozarella Melt and selected extra spinach. When the order arrived all that was on the sub was spinach and a lump of mozarella. The wrapper was stuck to the cheese and took a big chunk of the cheese with it. I accidentally called the Sterling location to deal with this and the manager said the sub should have had the toppings in the description. When I called the Grant location the manager was VERY RUDE and said I was to have selected all the toppings despite it NOT BEING A BUILD YOUR OWN sub. They did NOTHING to rectify this and blamed it on SKIP.Will never use this location again. Horrible preparation and ever worse service.

Consistently inconsistent, they don't use any tools to measure out their portions of shredded cheese or meats, resulting in similar subs from the same order being very differently loaded.
