Ordered a salad on the app. The bowl was barely a quarter full. Apparently when you ask for extra spinach, you get five leaves. I also got the wrong drink. The male working at the counter was taking to someone through his earbuds the entire time he was dealing with me. Horrible food and service.

Worst veggie sub sandwich I ever had !!The bread was not fully cooked & tastiest like the dough was raw.No exaggeration, my sandwich consisted of barely any veggies and I received only 3 pieces of spinach!

I have stopped at this location multiple mornings for the past few months and each time my experience with the server has not been good. Very rude. Does not thank you after the transaction. Getting any amount of veggies on the sub is like pulling teeth. Brown lettuce used from the day before while a full fresh container is a reach away. On one occasion was served day old bread that was dry and stale and had to throw the sandwich out. Last time I was there I asked for a bag because I use a cane and didn’t want the sandwich to unfold and drop on the ground. She did not ask me if I needed a bag in the first place. She threw it on the counter instead of bagging the sandwich for me so I had to set my cane down and lean on the counter to bag it myself. I will never go to this subway location ever again. Servers who hate their jobs or hate customers should not work in this industry. I always tip and she did get a minimum tip but they have now lost my business.

I've been noticing the lettuce and veggies haven't been the best taste and look much anymore, if you keep up with fresh produce it would be greatly appreciated ?

Wheelchair accessibility: It would be nice to have at least 1 wheelchair parking sign up, it would make it easier when elders and sick people can enjoy closer parking and less hassle of getting around especially in the winter and snow
