I just bought a a veggie subway with free potato rings ( not get) but girl ‘sukh’ working here didn’t tell us prior that potato rings are not in stock and She was busy with someone instead ( you should meet your friends after giving service to your customers with proper guidance) of to tell us that she don’t have the food specially potato rings even only one eggless sauce and I paid full payment after that she told us that she don’t have that, you should respect the customer who pay you they pay for full food not for half, very very poor service girl. Manager should be serious towards these things and tain your employee. May be this service is the reason of less customers here as compared to other stores.
Ridiculous experience. Very poor customer service from sukh. I paid first, but only after payment they told me the item was out of stock. No notice beforehand, no apology, and no proper communication. This is not how you treat customers. She is just talking with his friend instead of preparing our order. The manager seriously needs to look into how their employees are handling customers. Completely unprofessional.
It's a small subway by health science centre in Winnipeg. It's clean, service was fast, staff was polite and quick. I've gone a few times when I've needed to be at HSC, never had an issue, and it's easy to walk to.
Poor service. The store doesn't look complete. I didn't see the machine that dispenses drinks. The ladies looked busy and couldn't get time to help us while counting coins. While eating, we asked for a cup of water and they said no cup.
This is a chimichurri steak sandwich. That’s all the “steak” it contains.
I love this particular location. Staff are always friendly. Awesome services. Clean store. Today, they made fantastic sandwiches for me! In the photo, tuna was hidden behind the veggies.
I've been going to this location monthly since Nov/24. I usually order a foot long tuna through their app and pick it up the store. I like my sandwich with extra veggies, pickles, jalapenos and sauces. They make it just the way I like! It was delicious 😋

Got 2 subs, lady messed up on the first one, put a sauce on it that was supposed to go on the second one. Didn’t scrape it off the sub. I was very clear on what was supposed to be in each.

went here for lunch and waited at least 10 minutes to order and there was only 1 person in front of me and no one else,and the sandwich did everything In her power to take as long as she. ould to avoid me unreal, looks pretty bad very brown teeth and really not an attractive person only to show attitude extremely rude and disrespectful,there's alot of subways in this town do everyllthing.you can to avoid it spend money at other subways these people who buy these franchise restaurants run them into the ground and destroy any type of good service you can easily find at a different subway. and the smell coming off those 2 women was absolutely horrible, how is it ok to go to work like that it's unrealll!!
It was my second time when I didnt have the great experience. I got a chicken teriyaki salad and this is what they gave me And the last time I asked she argued with me .I worked at subway for a while so I know how much quantity we are allowed to put but this is not the amount they are supposed to put .!

Subway on William, the sandwich artist was polite and knowledgeable, asked all questions and I could tell she likes her job, I can’t give the credit deserves since she didn’t have a name tag, but management here should be happy with their employee doing what I would consider an excellent job and I left happy and that doesn’t happen very often

Owners are cheaping out on staff. One poor woman had to work alone during the dinner rush trying to please the growing in person line while also trying to manage the online orders all by herself. Customers were getting angry waiting but it was not her fault. She should have other staff to support her.
Walked in to the store. The lone employee was preparing sandwiches for what I assume was a pick up.I was completely ignored, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Waited several minutes for some sign but after five minutes I had to give up on getting any service.I am fairly certain that doesn't meet Subways employee standards.I really was hungry and hot.A simple hello I will be right with you, would suffice.

Waited 30 minutes for a sub to be made while one poor overworked employee juggled multiple tasks: making subs for one customer in front of me, stopping to make sure multiple racks of bread were being baked and appropriately seasoned, then to fulfill multiple online orders before I could order.This is not the first time I've had this experience.Probably not coming back to this location.
