Can’t use coupons unless you use the app which is fine but then I order a combo through the app and it shows all the cookies as being sold out but when I got there they weren’t out of cookies. So I asked politely if I could swap my chips for cookies (it’s the same price) she said no even after I explained it wouldn’t give me the option on the app. Yet the drink machine was broken so they let me take a bottle drink instead of the fountain I ordered.

I've never seen someone care less about service infront of a customer that bad.
Not busy at all. She literally rage made my order throwing toppings on, wherever they land was good enough for her. Then drenched the end of the sub in sauce with nothing on the other side.
Was also asked what cookies I wanted. Lol. Not much choice when all they have was one kind.
This place sucks.

Was at the subway at Grant & Pembina, didn’t order. The clerk was making a phone in order, while 2 people were waiting ahead of me. The clerk didn’t even look at me, when I walked in. I waited almost 5 minutes, the people ahead of me waited more… At this I walked out & eat at McDonald’s, was good!

I went here on Monday October 13 around 3:15 PM. I asked for a flatbread sub and the girl working told me that they have discontinued it. Which is absolute lies because I looked online. They haven’t discontinued it, but they replaced it with something similar. Why did she not know this? Maybe you guys should retrain your staff. Or at least educate them. Pretty embarrassing when your employees don’t even know how to do their jobs right. Not to mention, I asked for a little bit of sauce and she literally slathered it on like it was going out of fashion.

I visited your 24-hour Subway location at 1:00 AM and was shocked by the lack of available ingredients. A small, ripped-up piece of paper on the glass listed that you were out of turkey, lettuce, cucumbers, spinach, veggie patties, and several other standard items.
This is completely unacceptable for a location that advertises being open 24 hours. Customers expect a full selection of core menu items, especially during advertised operating hours. A Subway that cannot provide its main ingredients at any time should not be allowed to remain open.
I strongly urge management to address this immediately, as this level of service is completely unprofessional and misleading.
