Nice & bright restaurant with large windows facing South. Clean dinning room with lots of seating... Ordered at a well stocked work station with fresh vegetables and other toppings, fresh baked bread was on hand... There is a washroom for Male and Female guests, clean and well lite, the doors are locked for the bathroom so you need to get them at the cashier...
Lots of parking spaces available...

I placed an order first thing in the morning Friday so I could pick it up in my way to work. I prepaid through the app and it said the order was being prepared. I got to the store and asked if my order was ready. The guy rudely said no I don't have an order from you. I even showed him the verification and the payment. Guy refused to make my order and honor my purchase. I even put in complaint with head office as the worker didn't even seem to want to rectify the situation. So now I'm out my subs and my money. I will see if I hear from anyone to rectify this. All I wanted was my order and I was refused

Subway in general reminds me of an animated cartoon...where everything in the cartoon looks awesome, but once you try to replicate it in real life, it doesn't even look close.
In this case, the images of their subs are the cartoon and the actual sub is a very poor version of the image.
But enough about Subway in general, let's focus on this location: this was our first time here and we will probably return.
First the not so good: generally unclean. However, this could be simply due to a lack of staff. Definitely not an acceptable reason, and needs to be addressed.
Then, no lids for coffee? Seems like an unusual miss.
Now for the good: this was probably one of the better Subway's that we've been too.
I'm not sure if that's a positive comment or not.

I had the worst service ever at this Subway. While my mom was in St. B Hospital. I ran over for a salad around 8 PM on Tuesday , The staff was busy cleaning the food trays and didn't acknowledge us or let us know what was going on. , which left us confused and feeling unwelcome. After about a 15 minutes long wait, I ordered a salad with just tomatoes and cucumbers. I didn't know it was odd?!. she cut up 6 pieces of tomato and about 7 cucmbers , i asked her to please add more as this is all we wanted and The staff laughed at us and spoke in their own language, making fun of our order. It was humiliating. I've never felt so belittled by retail staff. there was other customers who spoke the same language as the staff and they were even laughing at us from whatever they were saying . Management needs to train these girls on proper customer service. We won’t be returning. EVER!

On 11 August i was ordering online for 3 subways. Somehow veggie patties weren’t available, and there was no option in the app to cancel the order. They charged me and i didn’t get subway that day. Next day i got call from them to fix the mistake, and offered me 4 subway instead of 3 as a compensation.

Good thing was i can pick anytime either 1 at a time or all 4 together.
It was a good experience that they respected my time.

Bei Hong makes an awesome sub! The area is rough, but only so much you can do about that. Would be nice if the owners installed some electric locks to keep their workers safe

Never been there in person but me and my gf order subs off skip fairly often. EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from this SPECIFIC subway, our subs are garbage. Absolutely pathetic subs. Might be different in person when they see the face but ordering online from here is the worst online ordering I’ve ever experienced.

1.Their food is same its on all the subway as its a chain business. Staff is helpful.

2. Only thing that make difference is atmosphere. There are so many "homeless people" around. Lot of drug addicts/ aggressive people roaming around and even inside the property

3. Few homeless people even brought big bottles and filling from the coke machines without paying.

4. One was even sitting inside, throwing punches in the air. So, for all the people who gave importance to safety, please order from skip.

5. For owner/ manager -Camera can be checked around 0030 -0100 .
Please take some security measure for your staff who are working in such conditions past midnight. Their life also matters!!
