Finally found a Subway open most close earlier, my guess is the COVID-19 "stuff" going on with the restrictions!!!! The service was great, the food was excellent ? meat was oh so fresh ? will be back to this location soon ?? ? ? ?

Food was made well. The place was empty. Staff member was very unsocial. She couldn't wait to get back to her phone call on speaker you know the way cab drivers are once they get your destination.

In the daytime the Filipino chap is very good at customer service and makes the sandwich with sufficient ingredients. On evenings you get the Punjabi girl and she doesn't have a clue about customer service or putting enough ingredients. Conclusion: go daytime

8 out of 10 times this location doesn't have meatballs for the meatball sub. I feel the staff is instructed not to make more throughout the day. Pretty disappointed. The staff is very nice so that almost makes it okay.
Good, but the trainee gave me 1 cookie instead of two for the meal...

Asked my daughter what she wanted to eat after a long day at the hospital receiving asthma treatment a better part of the day. She said Subway by our place. Hours show open until 11 and at 1030 pm the door is locked, no sign of anyone in the place but the open sign is on and the restaurant is lit up. No back in 5 minutes sign, total ghost town. Now hungry AND upset, we had to travel to another location not near our place. She isn't happy with you and she is 8 so, needless to say, I am not happy with you.Please give us a reason to not be upset and welcome us back during your posted regular hours.She is understanding considering the circumstances noted below.This review has been partially edited to reflect management response below.
