One staff member trying to do his best. Had to wait 10 minutes while he did door dash orders. Half of his toppings had 5% full so I didn't get many veggies. Bad management and bad training. Will not visit again.

I visited this new location around 10 pm - 11 pm after a long time and saw some new employees. They were very friendly, experienced, and welcomed me with a smile. They also suggested some new sandwiches, so I tried one.
One team member was busy handling third-party orders alone, yet still maintained great energy. Then another staff member came from the back, gave me a warm welcome, and prepared my sandwich just the way I requested. I can be a bit picky, but she followed all my instructions patiently and without any hesitation. I truly appreciated that.
The sandwich was absolutely delicious-probably the best I’ve ever had. I left the store fully satisfied, not just with the food but with the outstanding customer service as well.

Can't comment on atmosphere because we've only ever ordered delivery, but... this location makes the best subs in the city. A decent amount of each ingredient with nothing missing ever, but even better, the subs are beautifully put together so everything stays inside! No sauce-soaked soggy bread even if I save half for the next day. Keep being awesome 👌

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at one of your locations while working as a delivery driver. Yesterday I arrived to pick up an order placed through uber and I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff.
Not only was the order delayed with no clear communication, but I was also spoken to in a disrespectful and dismissive tone, which made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. As a delivery driver, I depend on restaurant staff to be cooperative and respectful so I can do my job efficiently and professionally.
Unfortunately, the lack of courtesy and the unwelcoming attitude at this location reflects poorly on the Subway brand and makes it more difficult for drivers like me to ensure timely service to customers.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and provide better training and guidance to your staff regarding how to treat delivery personnel with the basic respect and professionalism way

Been ordering basically non-stop from the New Location on Stradbrook Ave. The sandwiches have honestly been SO stellar - except for 1 thing: The Banana Pepper Situation. The last 3 sandwiches I've had, had the Stem end of the Banana Pepper in the Sandwich. It's absolutely inedible, and should be picked out of the prep bins and not put on sandwiches. I've had to spit out giant chunks of the sandwich after biting in, which is not cute. Pleeeeeeeease please be mindful of the Banana Pepper ends! Thx love you bye!

Portions are the smallest of any subway in winnipeg. Since I have no car Im forced to eat here regularly and makes me realize whenever I get to any other subway the subs feel massive anywhere else, because of how small the portions are here. It feels like the family who owns this is taking advantage of their customers, because after a $30 footling combo o felt hungry immediately after :(
