I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at one of your locations while working as a delivery driver. Yesterday I arrived to pick up an order placed through uber and I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff.
Not only was the order delayed with no clear communication, but I was also spoken to in a disrespectful and dismissive tone, which made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. As a delivery driver, I depend on restaurant staff to be cooperative and respectful so I can do my job efficiently and professionally.
Unfortunately, the lack of courtesy and the unwelcoming attitude at this location reflects poorly on the Subway brand and makes it more difficult for drivers like me to ensure timely service to customers.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and provide better training and guidance to your staff regarding how to treat delivery personnel with the basic respect and professionalism way

Been ordering basically non-stop from the New Location on Stradbrook Ave. The sandwiches have honestly been SO stellar - except for 1 thing: The Banana Pepper Situation. The last 3 sandwiches I've had, had the Stem end of the Banana Pepper in the Sandwich. It's absolutely inedible, and should be picked out of the prep bins and not put on sandwiches. I've had to spit out giant chunks of the sandwich after biting in, which is not cute. Pleeeeeeeease please be mindful of the Banana Pepper ends! Thx love you bye!

Employee doesn'g know how to communicate over the phone. Called in to ask what was the reason to give small portion size, instead he started abusing me and using swear words over the phone denied to give his name.
Wouldnt go back ever again.

Portions are the smallest of any subway in winnipeg. Since I have no car Im forced to eat here regularly and makes me realize whenever I get to any other subway the subs feel massive anywhere else, because of how small the portions are here. It feels like the family who owns this is taking advantage of their customers, because after a $30 footling combo o felt hungry immediately after :(
They are trying, their meals are quite tasty, but their shop environment and inside the restaurant is always not tidy enough.

This is one of, if not the worst. The one guy that works there hides his name tag and most recently locked the store early at midnight and only served his friends.At least I live in the area. We got there and some one cabbed there to get subway but couldn't and wasted a fare two way for nothing.Even on a good day, you have to consistently ask for more vegetables, they will put less than the policy minimum if you don't say anything.They will try to gaslight you when you point out their mistake. Poor service, poor quality of food, vegetables are often old/ends. I don't know if I've ever gotten a tomato that wasn't hard here.If you can, go anywhere else. The dumpster behind a&w near by would probably better than wasting your time with this store or their employees.
