Portions are the smallest of any subway in winnipeg. Since I have no car Im forced to eat here regularly and makes me realize whenever I get to any other subway the subs feel massive anywhere else, because of how small the portions are here. It feels like the family who owns this is taking advantage of their customers, because after a $30 footling combo o felt hungry immediately after :(

This is one of, if not the worst. The one guy that works there hides his name tag and most recently locked the store early at midnight and only served his friends.At least I live in the area. We got there and some one cabbed there to get subway but couldn't and wasted a fare two way for nothing.Even on a good day, you have to consistently ask for more vegetables, they will put less than the policy minimum if you don't say anything.They will try to gaslight you when you point out their mistake. Poor service, poor quality of food, vegetables are often old/ends. I don't know if I've ever gotten a tomato that wasn't hard here.If you can, go anywhere else. The dumpster behind a&w near by would probably better than wasting your time with this store or their employees.

Worst manager ever. Very rude. Maybe his wife fight a lot with him thats why talk rude with customers as he can’t raise his voice in front of his wife?. Never going back to this restaurant ever again. They should fire someone like this

Very bad customer service. Rude Manager. I placed a tuna sandwich order online. When I got to the restaurant they were telling me they don’t have tuna. I said that’s fine then just cancel the order. But the manager were asking me multiple times to chose a different option even though I said I don’t want anything else. Eventually he agreed to cancel the order, but when I asked him for the receipt as my app was showing the order was still active the manager literally started shouting at me. For some reason he didn’t want to give the receipt. Could not imagine that type of behaviour from a manager. I have to say I don’t think I am ever going back to that location.

worst place ever to place delivery order. Its my second experience here, i knew they won't bother to read instructions like last time so i especially made a call to store to inform them about instructions as soon as order was confirmed but they mess it up again. They added sauce i don't like and wasn't as i ordered. If you don't like working in subway, just quit the job don't mess with someone's order.

I placed the order at this place via skip on Feb 5 around 11 pm for 2 subs… and the food was extremely cold. Chicken teriyaki was straight from fridge I have worked at subway I know it was not warmed up at all .. both sandwiches was untoasted cheese was cold we was having sensitivity after eating one bite of it … I called store and I spoke to a guy to file a complaint and tell them .. he was so extremely rude that sorry we can’t help call skip head office and when I said no I want to talk to someone from your side he was like I am the head office here you can tell me… TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND SERVICE ! When you make someone food you have to think that someone is going to eat it .. not just completing your 8 hours for day !!
