Here to report the female manger I put it an order online for a sub and she made my sub uncorrect when i mentioned it to her she got very annoyed and angry with me which led me to be very very uncomfortable i do not recommend coming here at all !!! I also seen a video going viral on the internet of mice running around inside not sanitary at ALL someone should definitely check in the manger and the mice problem !.

I had a terrible experience with the service. The lady who served me gave me dirty looks throughout my order, even though I was respectful and polite. Unfortunately, she wasn't wearing a name tag. To make matters worse, she got my order wrong, giving me a six-inch instead of a foot-long. She also skimped on the veggies, requiring me to repeat myself multiple times. And when I asked for a little hot sauce, she added way too much.

Food great, service... Meh. Everytime we come (about once a week or more) never have dr pepper. This time round was told they had it. I only get fountain drink for the Dr pep. Went to pour it, soda water splashed everywhere. Someone had stolen the nozzle on the machine and STILL no dr pep.
Please get better with your drink machine

If i can give the staff service crew a zero i would! No customer service and very rude! Cashier got mad to a customer who was ordering a sandwich. The customer asked the staff for footlong and slice it after. I was seating when i heard the customer clearly, but the cashier did not understand and put meatballs instead of salami and bacon. when customer asked to replace the bread the cashier did not want but insisted that the customer wanted a meatball. cashier really needs more about customer service. This place use to be a great place to have a sandwich but lately subway is hiring staff who dont know about making a sandwich and lacks customer service service. Crew even called the customer stupid. This is not what im expecting from a cashier. MINUS 5 grading!

I have always had a great experience at this location. Food is always fresh, the cookies are super delicious. I'm always greeted which is a nice gesture from the staff. The place is clean and quiet. Their music is at a perfect volume where you are not shouting out your order. But the staff is what keeps me coming back. The tiny girl with the glasses, Muskan, I think her name tag reads, is such a delight. So nice and friendly. Always smiling. Treats guests like they're her own. Exactly who you want from a customer service job. All the staff are super friendly. I've never had a bad experience with anyone there. Still my favorite place to go.

I have absolutely disappointed in this Subway, I ordered a sandwich on the Skipthedishes app. pizza sub. absolutely no marinara sauce, no house dressing or salt and pepper. $18 so I could get double meat and they couldn't even do that. they cheaped out on the veggie. I love Subway but this is got to be the worst sub I have ever gotten. just walk the two blocks and go to the one on Sherbrooke. do not order from this cheap Subway.
Awful service. Took of point's from app without a permission. This was happening several times.
