I have always had a great experience at this location. Food is always fresh, the cookies are super delicious. I'm always greeted which is a nice gesture from the staff. The place is clean and quiet. Their music is at a perfect volume where you are not shouting out your order. But the staff is what keeps me coming back. The tiny girl with the glasses, Muskan, I think her name tag reads, is such a delight. So nice and friendly. Always smiling. Treats guests like they're her own. Exactly who you want from a customer service job. All the staff are super friendly. I've never had a bad experience with anyone there. Still my favorite place to go.

I have absolutely disappointed in this Subway, I ordered a sandwich on the Skipthedishes app. pizza sub. absolutely no marinara sauce, no house dressing or salt and pepper. $18 so I could get double meat and they couldn't even do that. they cheaped out on the veggie. I love Subway but this is got to be the worst sub I have ever gotten. just walk the two blocks and go to the one on Sherbrooke. do not order from this cheap Subway.

I was about to place an order when I saw a mouse run from the cooking station area. I let the worker know, but she seemed completely unbothered — just brushed it off like it was normal. That reaction really threw me off. I ended up leaving without ordering because that was just gross and concerning. Cleanliness and how staff handle situations like that matter a lot, and this experience made me really uncomfortable.

Visited on the evening of November 22. The staff (name starts with a P) made a great sub and allowed me to engage them in conversation for a bit after I had paid. The staff member was very friendly and I learned a bit about Winnipeg (I was visiting). I would go here again without hesitation.
I didn’t see other staff, but for safety purposes I hope someone was in the back or that there is some sort of security system in place in the event of any incident.
